Booked my stay on line and when I check in but the rooms was booked. The guy at the desk didn’t even offer the resided got my room

They double booked my room so therefore I didn’t get to stay and the customer service has been no help with getting me my refund.

The front entrance was locked and no one to be found.
There was a phone number on the door to call but it went to a voice mail with no options to talk to a person. Had to ask other visitors where the managers office room was.
The room was horrible and in desperate need of up grading. No hot water, No coffee pot but had coffee, No batteries for the TV remote.
You get what you pay for here but even that rate is too high.

Front door was locked and had a note on the front door to call a number. Called the number MULITIPLE TIMES and no answer. Still had to pay cause there was “NO CANCELLATION”

Just Plan horrible broken beds, roaches Microwave had old food inside of it. Play a little more and go somewhere else. This place is not worth $20 a night if u ask me
Too many people living there. In fact we showed up on a motorcycle and was just traveling was not expecting to stay over night. Just got caught in the rain. And we paid for a room on Expedia. And when we arrived they denied us a room due to us being on a motorcycle. I think they thought we was some riff Raff. But my husband is a Dr and they made a huge mistake

Door would not open unless you body slammed it. Housekeeping is very rude. No knock, just start opening the door then say housekeeping.....

Not the best place
It was ok, our first stay was nice but our second was worst, roaches, broken microwave and some of the staff don’t knock and just enter when they feel like, I was changing when someone tried to walk on in which was embarrassing

First room I was in the TV did not work and the water in the sink dripped. They moved me to another room and the TV and remote did not work so because I am a cable guy I fixed my own cable in the room. The shower pressure was none. The water dripped out of the shower head. Not a place I will be staying again.

This is by far the nastiest place I have ever seen. It’s like something out of a horror movie. I would t let my dog stay in this place. We had to find another hotel because this pace is so disgusting.
