“We had such a lovely stay! The condo is gorgeous and the views can't be beat. You are walking distance to Moulin and the new food court which both have wonderful food and beverage options and of course, close to North Beach. Peter and Cathy were great hosts. Cathy was really responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend!!”

“I knew I’d write this review within moments of stepping inside the condo. To say it exceeded our expectations is an understatement. As former residents of HB, it was important that we be near the beach; the condo’s location was ideal and having dedicated parking in that part of Sunset was ideal; a quick walk and you’re in the sand! The home itself is lovely - the pictures online are absolutely what you see when you’re there. We especially appreciated having the option to run the AC splits,……

“My husband and I stayed at Pacific Villas during our recent vacation in Oceanside to celebrate our anniversary, When we arrived, it was close to midnight, so we weren't able to see what the area looked like outside until the following morning. We were pleasantly surprised at how close we were to the ocean and the view from our unit. “This space was exactly as listed. It is a beautiful property in a lovely neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. It was also nice to have a dedicated parking space for my stay.The room is a bright space and everything was clean and comfortable. The room has a mini fridge and some housewares to be able to eat & drink in the room. I would definitely stay here again! ”
