“We had a very disappointing stay at this property and ended up leaving early, without any refund. To start: the home was noticeably dirty and far more run down than the listing photos suggest. Several walls were damaged or stained, the fireplace was broken, and the refrigerator had only one shelf, making it impossible to store the groceries we brought for our trip.
