Room appeared to be clean however it was obvious it is an older property. Towel bar was missing, holes in the wall where something was removed, bathtub area was cracked and patched. Tub could use a grab bar

Our room was not clean! Sheets were dirty, microwave turntable was covered in food. We were given a different room and though the bedding was clean the room was not up to standards for any motel!! To make matters worse we were pumping coffee into our travel mugs the manager told us it’s cold and he said he makes the decaf upon request and when we went to dump out the cold coffee, mold also poured out! All the manager said anytime was “I’m sorry”. Needless to say we will not stay at a Days Inn again. I will also be contacting Days Inn headquarters.

Very poor service and not as advertised
I booked a suite room for 5 persons, but they only had a room (not a suite) with beds for 4 individuals. Very run down and filthy room. The service from the manager was not pleasant but we were able to sleep a few hours. I will not choose a Days Inn again.

The images online look very appealing. When we got there is was a different story. Our first room was incredibly dirty. We found mold on the bed, bugs and spider eggs on the windowsill and bed area, a dirty microwave and fridge, rusty lamps, feces and pubic hair on the toilet, and a disgusting sink. Make sure if you are bringing children to bring multiple changes of clothes and wipes as our daughter had black hands, feet, and knees after only a couple minutes in the room. On the other hand, I told the front end gentlemen and he had moved our room and after inspecting our second room, it was up to par with our standards. The outside of the hotel was completely run down and looked like it had never been renovated. The surrounding area was not good, especially for our 11 month old daughter. We heard banging on our walls from other tenants staying and we were constantly woken up by their loud conversations and laughing while smoking and doing other illicit substances. We also heard constant revving and shouting from off of hotel property. Overall, the only commendable part of the hotel stay were the short interactions with the young gentlemen at the front desk.

I arrived Friday night with 2 reservations for the weekend. I asked the guy at the counter if I could have the same room for both nights due to having two reservations he said no problem and I signed the paperwork. I got back to the hotel for the night around 6 and my key wouldn’t work and a different guy reset my key. Then at 430 am the hotel phone rings and it’s the front desk asking me if I can come sign the paperwork for the Saturday reservation. I understand you need a signature but 1. Tell me when I check in, 2. Call before a reasonable hour, or 3. Have me sign it when I leave.

The air conditioning was off when we arrived, and it was 90 degrees outside. The room was filthy, there were only 2 towels and our reservation was for four people. The towels that were provided were stained and I’m not sure if they were even cleaned. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Checked in and the guy working said my id wasn't mine. Said it belonged to a female. Got to the room and the floor was covered in dirt and other large chunks of gross. The sheets were stained and dirty and to top it off there was cockroaches climbing on the wall. Said we were leaving and he took a attitude about giving out money back! Avoid this trash heap at all possible cost!

This is your basic super small town roadside hotel. It's right off the freeway, along with a string of other hotels, gas stations, fast food places. There is a real town there and there was a grocery store half mile from the hotel. The room was decent. It's clearly older and showing it's age, but seemed in good condition. The ice machine worked. Breakfast was small scale, but still held a variety of options, cereal, bread, muffins, waffle machine, scrambled eggs, instant oatmeal packets, coffee. Staff was good. My kids clogged the toilet, maintenance came quickly and was friendly and professional (not put out at having to unclog a toilet in the evening). This place is nothing fancy, but the price was right and if you need a decent place in this location this one will work just fine.

Price was decent. When I first walked in the room the AC was turned off so it was very hot inside. Once AC cooled the room down it would kick on and off throughout the night.

This place was absolutely filthy! Black mold in the shower. Hole in the shower wall stuffed with toilet paper. Luckily we were in the process of moving and had our own bedding in the car.

The rooms need updated. Towels need a good bleaching. A dirty rag fell off of the shower curtain. No conditioner.
