“Absolutely loved the property and it was convenient to anywhere you wanted to go”

“Didn’t like my vehicle was parked in a garage across the street, for a disabled person with limited walking capability, this was extra walking they should have less loading & unloading parking and make Handicap for the grandparents that come with the kids, also could have closer beach foot walking, the breakfast door should be available for the disabled person to have closer access to the Beach or make a hallway available from the elevators, I do think the teenagers had a lot of fun at this……

“We were there for a wedding and stayed in the villas. Would have definitely upgraded to a 2 bed villa. Location was great, we were right across from the venue. Shuttles ran regularly to take you to the main hotel for pool or beach. My only complaint and it's just a personal thing, is that they charged my daughter .77 cents for tap water at the pool. My second thing was being a coffee person, there was no kerig in this particular villa so we would go to check in. Last day they said there……

“the bathroom was horrendous, the tub had big chips in it everywhere, the vent grate was completely rusted, the ice machine on my floor did not work, the television was not working and showing a "network connection error" the wifi wouldn't connect. But at lest the sheets and towels were clean and smelled nice.”

“This was our first stay at this property and we enjoyed it. The room was clean. Property was nice and well maintained. It’s a nice place for a family or a couple. It’s just few steps to the pool and just a couple more steps to the sandy beach.”

“The Chelsea two bedroom options are not in the hotel that you see online. It's a separate building across and diagnol from it. There's only a pool and hottub at that property. No vending or ice machines and no elevator. The room was nice and well equipped, however.”
