"Our second time staying here, we really enjoy this home and the quiet location. The 8 of us stayed comfortably and we loved the layout of the big living area where we could all be together. The large, well set up kitchen accommodates cooks and helpers to work around each other very comfortably. A very nice place to stay at beautiful Cape Kiwanda."

"Renting process was way as to be expected. Owner quickly reached out with initial details of our stay and again before checking, with a personal touch that was warm and appreciated. Location was wonderful, a little tucked away from the busy, but still close to stores and activities. House was well stocked, clean and organized. Space was larger than I had expected. "Rented this house for Easter weekend. It was 6 adults and 1 child. The view was beautiful the house was very comfortable and well stocking, except for paper towels, only one roll for 3 nights. However that is my only con, every thing else was wonderful!!!"

"We rented the home with modest expectations. The property absolutely over performed and exceeded all expectations. The home is much nicer and newer than a standard weathered coast home with four bedrooms and a nice, well outfitted kitchen. The garage was retrofitted into an activity room. The hot tub and expansive space behind the home was a hit! The 6 minute walk to the beach was well worth it considering all this great home has to offer. Will rent again!"

"We really loved staying right across the street from access to the bay and the crabbing pier. The house is in great condition and it's huge! We had more than enough space to spread out or get together for games and meals. 7 of us were very comfortable staying here. There is room for multiple vehicles to park here, even under the cover of the carport. Makes unloading very easy, even in heavy rain like we had! "Really simple and easy outing at the beach with a small rustic cabin facing the waves. It was a perfect place to stop for a road trip that gave us a unique and memorable time at the coast! The very small town was gorgeous! The nearby cafe was convenient and delicious! Definitely plan to stay again! "

"We enjoyed our stay, we did have to clean the hot tub, it didnt have any clorine and the water was green with algae. There was no laundry soap and bleach. The house was nice, it was big. The kiddos loved the gaming room, pacman was fun. They also enjoyed ping pong. The toilet in the master bedroom was hard to flush. I also had to clean under the oven in the warming rack.
