“I booked this hotel for the indoor pool and availability of the handicap accessible room. Unfortunately, after using the pool once, I didn't want to use it again. The pool was very cold- my daughter was shivering after 10 minutes. There was food all over the floor and tables. There weren't many clean towels available. The handicap shower would have been excellent except for the fact that water bounced off the shower floor onto the bathroom floor. We had to use almost every towel to try to keep……

The bed was so comfortable that I checked the mattress brand, ha! “Positive note, the staff was super helpful. The room was not clean. The sheets on both beds were disgusting. It was late when we got in so no time to stress or change rooms due to morning obligation. We slept in clothes on top of the sheets. I will not stay there again.”
