“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“Stayed here while visiting my daughter at Fort Gordon. It is so conveniently located to the base, and there’s a gas station right next-door. The hotel itself has all the amenities we were looking for, a nice gym, a pool, and the rooms were very clean and well stocked. The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts that we’ve had. And the front desk staff were amazing! Even the maintenance guys were very friendly and helpful. We also loved that they had a laundry facility with an app to……
