Not in city centre but is fairly convenient to get taxi (about 20rmb) to Xian train station and city centre. Leave an hour journey by taxi if need to go to the airport. Super convenient to access to supermarket, KFC, bubble tea and other eateries as is just next to the service apartments

Though a bit dated the place looked clean and tidy, and as it was apartment style (including kitchen) also very convenient. Bed was very comfortable. Very convenient if you are visiting Jiaotong University.

Comfortable hotel and convenient location
Two night stay for a visit to Xian Jiaotong University, which is just a short 5 minute walks away from the hotel. To be honest I had not heard before of the "Citadines" properties, and my expectations for the stay were low ... How wrong was that! Check-in was very smooth and efficient, despite the usual paperwork required for foreigner- registration in Chinese hotels. The room was on a high floor with clean windows so that I enjoy the view, and the furnishings modern and comfortable. For just a 2 night stay I did not use any of the kitchen facilities, but it was nevertheless well equipped and I could easily imagine using this place for a longer stay if ever needed. Wifi was fast and east to connect to. Breakfast on the 6th floor was also a pleasant surprise - good coffee, cooked to order egg station, good selection of both western and Chinese food items, and friendly helpful staff. No question that this will be my first choice on any return trip to this area.

Very nice hotel
The hotel is conveniently located, not far from a number of local attractions, including city wall. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but speaks very limited English. The breakfast was good. The room we stayed had a small kitchen, with all main appliances. The room and hotel in general is clean. The WiFi was slow. The hotel was not expensive, and our view is good for money.

Family vacation
Really nice hotel, I had two bedrooms two bath apartment, it was very clean and comfortable apartment. But I think the Expedia site was misleading. There are two same brand name hotels in Xi’an, one is in center city, one I stayed at 15 minuets away from the central city which is quite and less crowded from tourists. Expedia used the center city site characters to advertise the remote one, or at east didn’t specify the total information is based on the one in center city. When I chose my hotel in Xi’an, I was thinking close to center city, which close to lots of tourists sites. So based on the information Expedia provided, I booked the hotel I thought was in center city. ¥16-18 cheap taxi ride to center city was not too bad, I stayed a less crowded and quieter area which close to a University .

Good location,
Even though it was not in the city,subway and bus are close by and Vanguard grocery is next door. The laundry facility is very handy,so is the exercise room. But the bed can be more comfy.

COMFORTABLE, BUT.....
Checking in was a little exasperating as the staff spoke very little English, but we muddled through it. The Studio size was more than big enough, although the bathroom was small. It had a fully stocked kitchen(plates, cups, glasses, bowls, silverware, pots and pans), 2 burner stove, toaster, microwave, hot pot, and fridge with a freezer. The room was cleaned every day, and completely restocked with tea, coffee, and 2 large bottles of water. The ONLY thing I could really find fault with was the buffet breakfast served in the morning. Was NOT very good at all! Always the same every day. AND, they would only give you 1 FREE even if there were 2 in the room. The 2nd person had to pay for it! And you had to take one lift to the 6th floor, then change to ANOTHER one, and go DOWN to the 5th floor. Restaurants in the area were mostly ALL Chinese, with the people speaking VERY little or NO English. Although, there was one that was good, and the owner and MOST of the staff spoke English VERY well. Called SPR Coffee Giancomo's, it had a decent sized menu, and very generous portions. Prices not too bad either.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Clean and comfortable, can't ask for more when away from home. The room had all the ammmenities we would need. Is a little ways away from the sites but very still accessible via public transit.

Rooms Belie the Exterior
I had booked 3 x 1 br with kitchenettes. Received an upgrade to a 2 br suite with kitchen. Fantastic for our 6 person group. Rooms were excellent! Good location, renovations going on, breakfast a bit hit and miss. Staff friendly with limited English but communication for non Mandarin speaker is a challenge throughout Xian.

Nice hotel but a challenge for taxi drivers
The hotel itself was fine but I had three different taxi drivers fail to find it. The first was a taxi using the address written in chinese from hotels.com's printout so there may be an issue with that. The hotel manager gave me a map showing the hotel's location but it seems many taxi driver's lack map reading skills and two other drivers couldn't locate the hotel with the help of the map. I finally had to resort to telling them to drop me at the public park a few blocks away. If you stay here make the hotel staff write the address in Chinese - don't settle for the map. The front desk did seem to always have someone who did speak English to a reasonable degree. The room was clean and comfortable. There were many simple but satisfying resturants on the surrounding streets and a supermarket next door. Convienient for those things but a bit of a hike to the good stuff inside the old city walls (i.e. Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter, etc.)

Great hotel- all the comforts of home
I was so impressed and pleased with this hotel! Rooms were spacious and were arranged like apartments, with fridge, microwave and everything needed for longer term stays. The thermostat worked great, and I could get the room quite cool at nights for good sleep. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the wifi was excellent. Several staff spoke fairly good English, so communication was not a problem. They were really helpful with recommendations and arrangements for taxi, etc. I would definitely stay there again!

Your average hotel in Xi'an
I guess this is your average hotel in Xi'an - I didn't experience too much merit, but didn't get too many problems either. Location is average - close to the center, but far from the airport or the more famous sights, outside of the city wall. Room was spacious, but simple; only merit here is the kitchen included, but the bathroom was small and not-so-nice. View wasn't too great, windows dirty as (censored). Heating was too strong, while the windows was practically open, creating really dry air. Service did everything we asked, but real bad English, and wasn't particularly helpful. Internet was free, and quite usable, could even call it fast considering we were in China.

Good Hotel in Downtown Xi'an
The staff are friendly and helpful so check in and checkout were easy. The room is spacious with a kitchenette and decent cooking tools. There is a nice gym. The downtown area is close to historic sites, shopping, museums, an amusement park, etc.

One of the ladys on the front desk i spoke to a lot was incredibly helppful and friendly with good english. Breakfast was a bit lacking for western options. Room was nice, clean, good wifi signal and a a kitchenette which was useful. Grocery shop, kfc and bank next door.

A Great Hotel
The room was clean and spacious, the kitchenette was very nice and well supplied, and the staff was friendly. The hotel is well situated in the historic Beilin district for anyone who want to see the local attractions. The hotel has a great little gym. There is even a nice little store right next to it. Totally recommended!

Comfortable, clean, warm with great coffee!
Stayed here for two weeks over the Chinese New Year's period. Room was nicely and simply furnished with a large flat-screen t.v. (which I never actually switched on, but it was available!) This particular room had a little built-in kitchenette with sink, cooking surface, small refrigerator and microwave as well as cookware and utensils. I didn't prepare as much food as I planned but the 'fridge was useful and the countertop allowed me to borrow my girlfriend's espresso machine and have fresh espresso in the morning! Free wifi, heating works great!, 2 bottles of water daily, and the hand and shower gel in the bathroom smells awesome. The room included breakfast and as a vegetarian I was a little apprehensive at first but found that there was plenty of delicious food. The daily menu had many choices including pasta, noodles, steamed vegetables, mushrooms, potatoes, all cooked in different ways with interesting flavors. There was cold cereal (granola, cheerios, cornflakes) with milk, orange juice, toast and slices of fruit pastry..one day they had banana bread! The coffee (when in it was coffee!) was great!..sometimes it wasn't quite coffee, it seemed to be a mix of a creamer, maybe milk, a sweetener and something coffee-like...it wasn't bad, it tasted ok and it was something warm to drink on a cold morning, but I couldn't figure why some days the coffee was really good and some days it was this other stuff. Anyways, highly recommended and would definitely stay there again!

Great stay
Clean and spacious rooms. About 10 English channels, small kitchenette with supplies. Bathroom has a 3/4 length tub. Plenty of buttons in the bathroom, and one of them will blow warm air on you right above the toilet! 6th floor has a very good gym, laundrette (20RMB for wash or dry - get token from front desk) and sauna/steam rooms. Next door is Vanguards (grocery store) to stock your kitchenette. Some English is spoken at front desk. Not sure if the location is good. We only came from Xian train station, went to Terra Cotta Warriors and then to Xian North train station. Short stay but very good.

As comfortable as a second home
I enjoyed my visit at Citadines Xingqinggong. The location is great, transportation is easy from there. The room was comfortable, with everything I needed. The building is well-maintained, and the cleaning staff are efficient and unobtrusive. The neighbourhood works well, and there is a good supermarket right next door. It's only one block away from Xingqing Park, a nice place to walk. The buffet breakfast was great!

Incredibly good hotel
This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in: rooms are beautiful, you'd nearly think we were the first guests that have ever used the room, staff is very helpful and accomodating, breakfast is great and the hotel is conveniently located right next to a shopping centre with all your needs and within 10 minutes' cab drive from the south gate of the old quarter. The rooms had always been cleaned by the time we'd get back in the evening. Kudos for this hotel!

This was a nice place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Great and modern gym facility. Taxis are hard to get. Reception staff were somewhat helpful. Breakfast was average. The roads around are not lit well so night strolls are almost out the question.

This is a new hotel, so make sure you have the phone number for the taxi driver. I live in China right now, and all over China taxi drivers have a hard time finding hotels because of the explosion of new building. Anyway, when we checked into the hotel the staff was so VERY helpful. They speak English well enough. We booked the studio and when we got inside boy was it a nice surprise. So clean and neat. Bed was super comfortable. So many beds in China are rock hard. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need and everything is the hotel is made from the great quality. So most of the things are actually from another country. The 6th floor has a gym, yoga room, ping pong room, steam and sauna room ALL FREE! And they are all brand new and SUPER nice. For the price you would think you paid 5 times more for this hotel. There are things listed that are next door to the hotel like a Wal-mart and such that are not there as of 9/15/11. But there is a store called "Van-Guards" attached to the hotel. It's a full grocery store, bakery (two actually), a store like watsons, and on the top floor there is a bookstore, salon and a pizza restaurant with REALLY decent prices. We got two pasta dishes and three apps, and three sodas and the price was 85RMB. They included one of the apps for free. I don't know why, but hey we didn't argue. The location isn't close to anything great or anything, but taxis are pretty cheap in Xi'an. From the train station to the hotel was 12RMB. When we left, we were able to store our bags there for the day because our train didn't leave until 7pm. Also it was REALLY raining that day and the got a taxi for us and loaded it without even asking. This hotel is just great, and if I ever go back to Xi'an, this is where I will be staying. Also there T.V has 10 english speaking channels. Which is SUPER rare as far as any hotels I have been in here in China. Usually it's just CCTV 9, but they have a few news stations like CCN, and a few financial channels, HBO and Discovery. You will not be sorry if you stay at this hotel. After I write this review, I am writing the company an email, and I never do that telling them how happy I am with the hotel. I will say this... the hotel does not have a pool. It does say in a few places that it does... but it doesn't. I don't swim, but thought you would like to know.

櫃台接待人員專業度差，住宿天數等基本資料也不清楚。 退房時櫃檯人員也告知無法協助呼叫計程車，還好大廳其他人員最後願意協助。
