(85 条点评) The apartment (with canal view) was wonderful--great location, quiet neighborhood, convenience for shopping and transportation. The receptionists at the hotel didn't seem very professional: not very welcoming, a bit slow with checking out, eager to sell a cab ride to the airport. The apartment is several blocks away from the hotel and does not have staff most of the time and the landline in the apartment didn't work, so it was difficult to get help from the hotel, especially when it got extremely cold for a few days and the central heating was insufficient.
