"Hotel was beautiful, definitely updated and in great condition. Staff was great. The pool area was really nice, and they had a lifeguard. The room was cute, very clean and in great condition. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but doable. I will say, and this is no reflection on. The hotel itself, there is construction work being done across the street which was right in front of us and apparently they do it throughout the night. It was difficult to sleep through that. Again, nothing the hotel can do, I’m sure but might be wise to ask for a room facing the other side. I would stay here again."

"Great option for an unexpected flight cancellation at JFK. Shuttle to the airport makes this property so convenient. Hotel is very dated but was clean and quiet. "

"-Room was clean for the most part. Nothing out of the ordinary -Breakfast simple enough. Had the basics with some Asian fare. Lots of bread/pastries. Good enough to start your day. -Location good. Close to lots of restaurants, the MTA, and the Q90 bus -Staff accommodating for when I had to reschedule my flight and talked with them about leaving my key and checking out over the phone -Walls are really thin. Had trouble sleeping since I could hear neighbors next to me. I don't know if there is a set time for quiet hours but that probably could be enforced. -Wi-fi was very weak in the part of the building I was in"

"Smooth check in even in the middle of the night. The man working the front desk had a line out the door and he was still vey calm and in a good mood. The only bad thing is we booked this room to sleep during our 8 hour layover and we couldn’t get the light on the hall near our bathroom to turn off. There was no switch. Thankfully we were all so exhausted it didn’t matter. "

"room was dirty. gum wrappers on floor and under sofa. walls are so thin you can hear the next rooms. Toilet had a leak. conversations easily. called front desk about it and was told manager was not in and they would call me. Never received a call."
