not noticing the dirty sheets the minute, we got to our room " they were horrendous they then gave us a new room which was horrible , bathroom door wouldn't close and the room was half the size of our original room they did nothing to try and make right our experience becuase " I booked thru expedia " Been celebrating our wedding anniversary going there for past 5 years now so dissapointed in the garden city hotel NEVER go there again

The property and interior was beautiful. The staff was also very pleasant and professional. The only place where the hotel fell short was the bed -- it was surprisingly stiff and thin. Otherwise, I would give it a 5/5.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are beautiful. My criticisms are there were NO vegetarian items on the menu. Thank heavens I am a Pescatarian and do eat fish. If I was a strict vegan I would be out of luck. Second. NOISY. I was there for my mothers' funeral, I could not get to sleep; people next door were outrageously loud and there were children running up and down the halls SCREAMING. When I called to complain, which I hated to do, the lady said security would take care of it. And they did; within 1/2 hr it was very quiet. A beautiful hotel. I would recommend it.
