The setting on the water was so peaceful and private, yet easy access for those of us traveling by public transportation from Manhattan and La Guardia airport. We had chairs lined up facing the water for a Celebration of Life Ceremony. The whole downstairs layout was just wonderful with indoor and outdoor areas for people to gather, sharing memories and grief. "The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!"

"We loved at how peaceful it was . Stores and restaurants nearby. We had no problem finding the place. Only thing we recommend is more blankets not enough blankets for 3 people. Other than that we enjoyed it. I would definitely rent again"

The next door neighbors are very friendly. The house is very beautiful inside and comfortable. Bed upstairs was soft, king bed on the main floor is medium firm.
