Great duplex penthouse
Whilst this apartment is probably coming up to needing a bit of a refurbishment, this is already factored into the rates being charged which are excellent for a large three bedrooms property. Most importantly, the apartment is spotlessly clean and is extremely well equipped with plenty of supplies of, eg, toilet rolls. Good showers, comfy beds and everything works. As we were in Benalmadena early, Wendy the housekeeper allowed us to leave our luggage and did everything she could to enable us to check in early, which was really helpful.Some really lovely restaurants all within easy walking distance and also an easy walk down to the beach for a sundowner and swim. A decent Dia supermarket is just across the road. The only negative for me personally was that, I am a light sleeper, but also like to have the windows open at night (and not use the AC, which is throughout the apartment)but local noise made this challenging for me on just the Friday and Saturday night we were there. All in all a good apartment managed and owned by people that care.

Everything was just brilliant. From early enquiries right through to arrival cimmunication and instructions were flawless. The apartment is spotless and had everything we needed, even the beds were comfy - a bit of a lottery with apartments. The complex facilities were wonderful, however just a couple of things to be aware of re. pool - there are restricted opening times (11-3.30 and 5.00-8) and there are no loungers provided. The location great, far enough out of the hubbub of town, yet close enough to walk - if its the marina you want, then you are about 30 min walk away, however the bus service is on the doorstep. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future. Thank you to Dean the owner.

Lovely apartment in great location.
Spacious apartment. Quiet but close to lots of restaurants and very close to the beach. Pool was great but not open all day! Open from 11.30 to 3.30 then 5.30 to 8.30 with slight variations depending which month you’re on. We like the beach so it wasn’t a problem for us but if small kids are looking to be at the pool all day it might create a problem for them. The shop across from the apartment was great and we didn’t need to go anywhere else for provisions. We would definitely return.

Great Apartment
Hi, many thanks to Dean for letting us stay at his beautiful apartment (communication was great on his side - probably a little slow on mine!). Apartment is well proportioned and has everything you need. Location is first class, only a few minutes walk to beach and all local amenities. For a hassle free and enjoyable break then this is as good as it gets.

Fabulous apartment.

Gold Standard Apartment & Owner!
As the title of this review suggests we had an amazing experience from start to finish. My family and I have been to the area many times over 30+ years so have a bit of experience in commenting on the area and accommodation. The apartment is perfectly situated with all amenities close by, has amazing terraces with great sea views, is in a perfectly managed development and the owner could not have done more to ensure that our stay was perfect. Absolutely everything you could need is in the property! Excellent communication throughout the booking process, right through to checking out and beyond. Highly recommended we can't wait to return! Lovely apartment in a great location
Had a wonderful weeks stay end of July . The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more ! We absolutely loved the pool and gardens and being across from the beach was so convenient. There were so many shops and restaurants nearby . We nearly didn’t go due to COVID but so glad we did . Dean was really helpful and reassuring and we felt very safe in Spain. Will definitely go back !

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT IN QUIET LOCATION BUT NEAR AMENITIES
The apartment is set in a lovely gated community in a quiet location but with easy access to restaurants,bars and the beach. Very spacious and modern, clean and comfortable with everything you could need. Communication with the owner was excellent providing plenty of info to make our stay really enjoyable.

A wonderful apartment close to all the local amenities
A perfect spacious two floor apartment. There is a lift to the apartment floor. The apartment has everything you could ask for. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathrooms clean and well maintained. Plenty of wardrobe and draw space in the bedrooms. The wi-fi in the apartment is excellent. We ate our lunch on the balcony everyday which overlooks the pool and has views of the sea. There is a private sun terrace on the second floor with even more spectacular views. We sunbathed on the beach which was a short walk away plus the whole beach had free wi-fi too! We visited the beautiful Paloma Park and strolled around the superb Benalmadena Marina. There are many bars and restaurants nearby catering for all tastes and not too expensive - so much choice! There is plenty to do and see in Benalmadena for young and old. We walked everywhere however there are buses at regular intervals and they are very cheap. There are bus stops close to the apartment too. We highly recommend this apartment. It is in an excellent location and helped us have a lovely holiday.

Lovely apartment in a great location
We loved this well equipped apartment. It is bright and spacious and has lots of room on the 2 balconies for dining, relaxing and sunbathing. The gardens and pool are lovely and very well maintained. The location was perfect for us as it is in a quiet part of the resort, but just a short walk to the beach, supermarket and some very nice restaurants.

Relaxing
This is a lovely property in a beautiful setting and we found it very relaxing. There are three good sized bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes so no lack of hanging space. The kitchen is so well equipped it's like home! Plenty of pots and pans for anyone who wants to eat in and the little things others have left. e.g. salt and pepper, seasonings, coffee and various other things have not been cleared away as in other apartments we have stayed in. Five minutes to the beach at Sunset Beach Club and a variety of eating and drinking places nearby. There's a great bus service in the area too which makes getting around very easy if you don't have a car. Overall, yea, a great apartment.

Fantastic place to stay
the property is in an ideal position with supermarket, buses and taxi's all close by. Beautiful view out to the sea and the grounds are immaculate. The duplex is very clean and exceptionally equipped to a good standard. It was very peaceful and very secure. We would highly recommend and as seasoned travellers this place is in our top 5. We stayed last couple of days September and first few of October 2018, we were there for a wedding in Sunset Beach. The apartment is ideally located just across the road from the resort, and we would definitely recommend it. There's a supermarket a two minute walk away, and a larger supermarket a little further along. Chemists, restaurants shops and of course the sea are all on your doorstep. The complex was secure, quiet and clean, and there was a lifeguard at the pool, which closed the end of September. The apartment was spacious and clean, the first thing that meets you when you enter is the lovely fresh smell, and had everything you could think of, we had 3 teenagers with us and a 15 month old and it catered well for everyone's needs. The sliding door form the living area to the bedrooms/bathrooms meant we could block off the stairs and let baby crawl about freely. It was exceptionally well equipped, with all the basics there to get you started, like toilet roll, tea coffee, dishwasher tablets and washing powder. Having earlier this year stayed in an apartment where there wasn't as much as a single grain of salt left for us, Dean's consideration was very much appreciated! The balconies are great, both spacious, the lower one ideal for dining on, and the upper fantastic for sunbathing - and drying clothes. Dean himself was fast at communication, and when I had a few potential problems in the week before I was due to travel he was most helpful and reassuring. The apartment "users guide" is comprehensive, and the different keys are marked in an idiot proof manner! I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment if you are travelling to the area, even more so as an alternative to staying in Sunset Beach.

Just returned from staying 10 days in this large and well positioned apartment, it had everything we needed and lovely views over garden....the only downside was we couldn’t get access to the gardens because gate was only open when lifeguard was there. Will definitely be booking again.

Fantastic apartment in a great location
We had a lovely holiday. The apartment is fantastic, really spacious and had everything we needed and more for a really comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was lovely, we really enjoyed sitting and looking out over the pool and out to sea. The location was perfect for us, so close to the beach and restaurants, plus a supermarket over the road, made the whole holiday hassle free. Dean was very helpful during the booking process. I can’t recommend the apartment enough, we will definitely be going back.

Perfection!
This apartment is perfect, from where it’s located to having everything you need. The apartment was clean and well presented, plenty of room and extremely homely. The supermarket was just over the road, beach was a couple of minutes walk and there was plenty of restaurants all within a short walking distance. The attention to detail with all the things you could need from books to kitchen paper was amazing. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again!

Excellent Apartment With Sea View
The apartment was brilliant, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The area around the apartment is very clean, the pool wasn’t open during our stay but the area around it is also spotless. It is in an excellent location just across the road from the beach and a large supermarket is just out through the gate. If we return again with our family we will definitely stay here and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Séjour dans un bel appartement fonctionnel tout équipé deux SDB deux terrasses au top. Résidence bien entretenue et calme proche de la mer.. en face Piscine fermée en mai dommage … ouvre en juin ! Je recommande De plus l hôte est super réactif et très sympathique. Je reviendrai !

Hemos venido encantados de haber disfrutado del apartamento de Dean. La casa es excelente. No le falta de nada. La limpieza, las comodidades que tiene, la cercanía a la playa, a supermercados, la piscina de la urbanización..., todo es excelente, maravilloso. Prachtig appartement met geweldig uitzicht. Dicht bij het strand, fijn zwembad met lekkere ligweide. Aan alles is gedacht qua inboedel, schoon en een echt thuis gevoel. Aanrader!
