We enjoyed our stay last weekend and were able to relax at the house with friends! Great kitchen/dining area, hot tub/deck space, and living room. Bathrooms were a bit dirty upon arrival and showers did not seem to be cleaned, but overall seemed nice.

Nice home close to the village
Just what we needed for a girls getaway. The hot tub was perfect after a day of riding bikes. The only issue we had was the couches and carpet were covered in dog hair upon arrival. We contacted Arrival to let them know and vacuumed ourselves.

Christmas getaway with my husband and pups
Great little house close to the village and all of Sunriver. House was super clean with all the necessities. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace the most. Only complaint with isn’t really a complaint is none of the knives are sharp, they are sooo dull and the old school sharpeners only make them worse. Bed was super comfy and plenty of towel. Very clean upon arrival! Would definitely stay there again!!

Short vacation.
Great location to everything. Very clean and cozy for a small group. The only problem we had was the internet was turned off before we checked out so we could not use our computers or watch tv the morning we left. We would stay here again.

Lovely Stay
Was able to book the neighboring property so this was a perfect way to have privacy but be close by! With the cold weather it was a great house for curling up with a book and the kitchen was great for cooking breakfast before heading off for a day of meeting and adventures!

Cozy and great location
This was our third time to Sun River and our favorite place so far. The location was perfect and very close to the village. The place was cozy and comfortable, hot tub was nice and big and it had many extra blankets and pillows. Having the SHARC passes was awesome, went swimming the first day and our girls had a blast. A great bonus was all the bikes, however there is only one kids bike so we rented another kids bike from 4 seasons recreational outfitters, great price too. Great place and would definitely stay here again.

Great location!
Our family of six had a great stay at 3 Killdeer. We loved the location, so close to both the Sharc and the Village. We walked and biked everywhere. The home isn’t big, but we were able to sleep comfortably and enjoyed the deck in the evening when the house got stuffy. The hot tub and bikes were great, too. Overall it was a great trip.

Easy comfortable stay
The house was in a perfect location to the village, SHARC & trails. The home itself had a great open layout with everything we needed. Most appliances & furniture updated. Only drawback was it didn’t have AC & on the 90 degree days, it got a little warm. Overall, it was perfect for our family of 4.

Nice Place - Need to fix window screens asap and fix listing
Screens were damaged or not in windows and it was oppressively hot inside. Property management company Arrived was prompt and courteous in responding but they couldn’t fix the screen issue and so we had to suffer in the heat. They did credit us around 15% for the inconvenience so that was nice, but we expected a place that didn’t t have these kinds of things overlooked. There is apparently AC (property listing description explicitly states “NO ac in unit!”), but property manager believes AC was actually installed as the sister property had it installed? I don’t know, or was all very confusing. And HOT. It stayed 81-82 in the unit while we were there during the day. Nice place besides these issues. Can’t beat the location, but we expected not to deal with these kind of issues at July 4th rates.

This property was perfect for our stay in Sunriver! The home was well stocked with everything we needed, even coffee beans and a coffee grinder, which was a treat given that I brought K cups with me :). Everything was clean, beds were comfortable and the hot tub was great! We used it often during our stay. Location was perfect, so close to the Village, groceries and restuarants. We biked everywhere on the bikes provided in the garage. They were ready to go which was nice! We did have to rent a bike for my 10 y/o as she was too big for the childs bike and too small for the adult ones, but the rental shop was great and inexpensive. The check in process was simple and using the key pad made it super easy to get in and out of the house. We found out after we were there that the SHARC outdoor waterpark was closed until June 17th, so the passes that came with the house weren't useful to us, which was a bummer but not a deal breaker, we still had a wonderful time! The only suggestion I would have for the property management team would be to replace the screen in the master bedroom, as it was fairly warm during our stay and a cross breeze would have been nice. Other than that minor issue we had a fantastic stay and would stay here again without hesitation!!!

Housekeeping left a surprise
Good little house for 6 people. Decent kitchen, bring a knife sharpener. Half the opening windows don't have screens. Masterbed is very soft, that could be good or bad. Nice neighborhood close to the village and the sharc. We always enjoy sunriver.

Great little house
Our family had a good time. I do wish rental properties would allow an earlier check in than 4pm, as a family with kids, chomping at the bit to enjoy Sunriver has to wait until the evening… We got in to the home and it was 80 degrees and no AC. The home did cool in to the night with all the windows open. Hot tub is dated and the jets do not work well. We rented bikes as the bikes in the garage were quite old and difficult for the children to ride. The location is fantastic and the SHARC passes were great! I would definitely rent the home again in the Winter.

Fun times at 3 Killdeer Ln
The property is wonderful. Very close to the village, SHARC and bike trails. Everything inside was updated to current styles. Very clean and comfortable. Many bikes, including tandem and child trailer. Also has a Graco baby bed, and a child seat. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great birthday weekend

The property was very enjoyable and ideally located. Weather was too cold for hot tub. Attention to a few details would be very helpful: dining chairs are VERY heavy and the double once is difficult to use. A TV guide for the area would be helpful. A lamp in the bedroom did not work. Help finally came to turn on the fireplace. Directions for the dishwasher would be helpful. Thought we had it started but didn't. Fortunately, we figured it out,

A few issues
The house has been remodeled & has a nice look. However, the living room furniture is so uncomfortable that we brought the outdoor chairs inside to sit in. The master bed had stains and what appeared to be dog hair imbedded in the bedding. They promptly came with new bedding and changed it and accommodated us. The AC really only chills the living area and is very loud. The ceiling fan is loud as well. The beds were not comfortable. The location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. They were very responsive.

Wonderful week
This property was exactly as listed which was wonderful to arrive to. The home is fully outfitted with everything you need. The kitchen is particularly well stocked! The beds are extremely comfortable and there were lots of extra pillows and blankets to go around. The only “issue” we had was that the lighting is a little dim so in a cabin that is over a little darker because of the wood and the beams we were wishing for a little more light to play cards by in the evening. We would definitely stay again and Grandma was already plotting for Christmas. Thank you!

We had a great time for or vacation at Sunriver. All worked out well at the house and it met our expectations. Only suggestion is to check and manage some of the kitchen cooking and utensils for maintenance or replacement

What a letdown
The previous renters had a dog that peed next to the dining table and in the bedroom which wasn't cleaned prior to us arriving. After we notified property management about it, they sent someone to shoot Febreze and scrub it. That person pointed out that the stain was too deep for what she was currently equipped with and recommended steam cleaning. No one followed up for further cleaning or to offer a new accommodation or any type of minimal effort gesture after that so we checked out early.

Overall, everything was great. We appreciated how well the house was kept and that everything we needed was provided. There were a few issues we had but they didn't ruin our trip. The garage door unfortunately had a snafu and there was something we found on the side of the master bed that should have been removed.
