Exceptional. Very clean. Nice scent. Free parking in adjacent public lots and a public garage behind. Walkable to downtown Bentonville. Nice arts in the building. Free metal refillable bottle water.

Really impressive small yet diverse modern art collection at the hotel. Lots of whimsical pieces in the lobby and in another gallery section on the first floor.

Clean, comfortable, and stylish rooms. Loved the art throughout the lobby and the Hive restaurant. Can walk to many restaurants and shops nearby as well as the town square. Will definitely stay here again.

I figured your dick hotel. Great location for an easy walk to Crystal Bridges, museum or downtown. I love that they put the coffee out at 5 AM in the morning!

I always feel very taken care of while at 21c. I wish there were ramps to use to drag suitcases from the parking lot to entrance. Even those the stairs are few, it is enough when carrying many things.

21c Museum Hotel in Bentonville is the most comfortable and social place I've ever stayed. ART everywhere! So nice to return after a day of sightseeing and enjoy the community spaces with fellow travelers. All smiles, no complaints. I will stay at 21c hotels whenever available in my travels.

So much fun! This hotel had the food, the drink, the ART and the PENGUINS! Perfect location with all we could want nearby. Staff was always accommodating with a SMILE :) ECO conscience with stainless steel water bottles and filtered water fountains for REFILLS. Nice expresso machines - finally a good cup without leaving the ROOM! Now, I want to visit all the 21c locations!

Such a great location- even when you have to work!
All of the staff was very friendly. The room was very well done and spacious. It was a fantastic location to appreciate the town square! We appreciated the business center also.
