perfect mtn bike getaway
Amazing place. Perfect location to hit the trail. Plenty of room to spread out. Great open area for gathering and hang time. Hot tub is nice plus! Owner quick to respond to problems. Event sent someone to replace broken coffee pot and clean hot tub within an hour of asking. Definitely coming back here!

Birthday at crystal bridges
Experiencing the art at crystal bridges and the wonderful restaurants of Bentonville afforded a wonderful family birthday celebration. The home offered a surprising functional areas and private bedrooms for the 7 of us. High ceilings and new everything was a treat. Close to town and walkable to the bridges. Good media and WiFi. I rented this for a wedding but my sister lives close by. I will definitely be staying here again when I come to visit. The property is clean, super well stocked and perfect for families. 10 out of 10!

Perfection
The house is perfectly located by the Tech and Flow hubs of Slaughter Pen. A 9 min drive to Coler, and 24 min drive to the Railyard. Just absolutely prime location for riding. The house itself is awesome. King beds for all rooms mean no negotiating who sleeps where. Plenty of sofas for all to lounge after a day of trail riding and before jumping in the included hot tub. The property manager addressed my issues immediately and courteously. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Such a great home!
I would definitely stay here again! The property management was so responsive and the home was absolutely stunning. Such an amazing layout with everything you need & much better than a hotel. Location was great for my use (work trip) but I could see it also being great for someone coming to town with friends/family as it’s close to the downtown area too. Also — the mattresses 😍 I’m about to buy one for my own house!

Great house, excellent location
The property is accurately described, and is modern, spacious, well-lit, and clean. The only disappointment was that the property next door is currently under construction, so there was daytime noise. The good news is, it is fairly close to completion, and we were out every day. But we would have preferred to have been told about it. There is also a numbering problem with the house - it is listed as a different street number to what is on the front porch

Family Fun
The home is beautiful, well stocked and has the most comfortable beds. The AC worked great and this was very much needed over the 4th of July week. Our family enjoyed the grill, hot tub and game room. We'd love to stay here again!

Great location!
This is our second trip to Bentonville and we really enjoyed this house. There was plenty of room, comfortable beds and a large, stocked kitchen. The garage was great for storing bikes and the hot tub was an added benefit. The trail is right next to the house and downtown is a short car ride. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house and location!
Description was perfect! 4 houses away from MTB trails. House was fully stocked with everything we needed including extra toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent. Would definitely recommend!

Great access to bike trail system
This location was perfect for a mountain bike vacation with three families for a total of 10 people. The game room upstairs was a huge plus for the 10-year old as well as the two 16-year olds (and the 40-something dads!).

Fillmore House in Bentonville
We absolutely loved this home! It was stunning, spacious, and offered great amenities. We drove from MN specifically for a mountain bike trip so it was terrific to have space for our trucks to park and room for our bikes. The proximity to the trails was wonderful as our kids could pop out on their own whenever they wanted. The home was relaxing and the kitchen/bathrooms were fabulous. We can't wait to plan our next trip.

Great weekend getaway place
Rented the house for a girls weekend getaway and the house was phenomenal. Loved the house, the hot tub and the location was great. Plenty of parking for everyone coming in, we would stay again and recommend for anyone.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway at the Fillmore
This property was the perfect setting for a weekend getaway for our group of 9 friends. The location was just a short drive from downtown Bentonville and several trails. Inside, each of the 3”4 bedrooms was large with a king size bed. The kitchen and outdoor BBQ area were perfect for cooking large meals, while the hot tub, fire pit, game room, and large living room with fire place all were great places to unwind and relax. To top it all off, the house was designed and decorated perfectly. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and the hosts were extremely responsive to any questions throughout our stay. We loved our time here and highly recommend it!

Awesome house

Best house in Bentonville
We have stayed in Bentonville a lot over the years. This was my favorite place so far. Garage for parking and bikes , hot tub , huge master bedroom and game room for kids We can’t wait to come back.

Great house for family
Great house for family vacation. The game room on the second floor was a hit. Location is in quiet neighborhood adjacent to trails and only one mile from downtown. Internet went down intermittently, but the property manager was responsive about getting it back up. I believe it was the internet provider and outside the control of the property owner. Caroline and Stacy were great to work with on solving that problem. Overall, we had a great vacation and hope to be back.

Wonderful Bentonville getaway!
My family took a short getaway to Bentonville and loved our stay! The house is such an ideal location so close to parks, museums, and downtown. It was so nicely decorated and clean, would be perfect for a larger gathering as well. We would recommend this property and definitely stay here again!

Fantastic home! Trails out the front door! The hot tub was super! Plenty of garage and driveway space. Everything is brand new. Comfortable couches and beds. The house was stocked with needed products.

Great location
This house was great, our family enjoyed the space and all of the entertainment options it offered in our stay. The house itself is practically new and they were missing a couple cooking utensils but given the house was so new I am sure they will inquire additional supplies as they go. It wasn't hard to find a Walmart around there to get what we needed, haha. There is a trail head caddy corner of the house that dumps you out into slaughter pen which makes it great for ridding the trails or makes it easy walk to crystal bridges. We are already hoping to plan our trip to this house again next year.

The house was spectacular! Very clean, modern and just as described in the VRBO description.
Coho made renting so easy. This is my 2nd time renting with them. Great communication. This property was exceptional! Great layout for all types. We came to Bentonville to ride MTB, the house was conveniently located to trails that access all other trails and is very close to downtown. I would highly recommend this property to anyone! Incredible property close to everything!

Great spot to land in Bentonville
There were a few things like the hot tub and new fireplace that needed help. The property manager was very responsive to everything we needed. The entire stay was great, the home is brand new and lots of fun for our crew that included small children. We were also very close to Crystal Bridges which was convenient. The hiking trails across the street were also fun but muddy!
