“Room floor was dirty. Not swept nor cleaned. Found a broom snd swept myself. Trash in the trash can. Trash on the floor. Something left in the mini fridge. Couldn’t say what if was. Would not use the mini fridge. AC kept shutting down all night. Repeatedly had to reset it. Dirty linen in the closet. Soap bar stuck to the bathroom counter. No coffee station in room.”

“Bare bones kinda place. Nothing special. Ice machine was broken in our building. Couldn't leave our car parked for a couple hours after checking out, despite there being a ton of spots-w/ parking so expensive in Ogunquit this would have been nice to offer folks. Room was very clean. Breakfast was pretty basic. Little over a mile to town so not really walking distance.”

“A unique thing I did not like about our stay at the Garrison was the 10:00 am check out time. Even upon request, nope get out by 10:00am. Most motels and hotel use 11:00, and many are now moving to noon. Since there is no food at the motel, one basically has to pack-up and get out before 10:00 and then try to find a breakfast spot. Requiring guests to leve bfore 10:00 is simply economics-they don't want to have to hire more roomcleaners so they can turn the rooms more quickly as most motels and……
