“I imagine this place was beautiful back in the day. But now is really outdated. The room was very simple and clean. Nothing special, no decor on walls, very small tv in room. The cottages look very outdated and in need of some TLC. There is a pool on site which included very outdated seating and lawn furniture and overgrown grass and weeds. They are in need of a landscaper/handyman. It looks like mostly teenagers/young adults are running the place. There is an ice maker on site but no vending……

“This motel is in a great location. If I was staying for more than 1 night I would definitely look elsewhere but for one night it was ok. The room is dated, no inside lock on the door, door didn’t seal properly so light was seen between the door & frame, rusted areas in the tub, mildew on the ceiling. But again, great location with a short walk to the Footbridge beach! Also away from the more crowded area of Ogunquit”

“Parking was convenient. Location was great. Very affordable. Our room had a kitchenette. The fridge was a basic, small hotel size. They don't provide dish soap, dish towels, paper towels or the standard things that usually come with a kitchenette.”
