“For an inexpensive stay over in Kennebunk area you can’t go wrong. Just a few short minutes from all the attractions. We road the Eastern Trail from Kennebunk to Bifford and then Saco to South Portland. The room was adequate and comfortable.”

“The Carriage House Motel and Cottages was very nice. We stayed in the motel part. The room was clean and spacious. It had a small table to sit and eat at or play games. It also had a small kitchenette with a fridge. The property had a pool and a hot tub. It’s also conveniently located to all the spots we wanted to see. There were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around too. I would definitely stay here but maybe I’d like to try the cottages. They looked very cute.”

“Location was good and the grounds around the buildings were very pleasant. However our kitchen was poorly maintained and in desperate need of replacementment. Same for the bathroom. but in spite of its shortcomings, we enjoyed our stay”

“The room was clean, beds were clean and very comfortable but the room smelled very musty. There were no tissues in the dispenser, not a major issue but I would expect It to be checked as a standard practice when cleaning. We initially thought one of the outlets wasn’t working as we couldn’t charge our phone but then discovered the outlet was regulated by a light switch on the wall. A note would be useful. We were there only for an overnight so it was perfectly fine. It’s possible we would……
