First time staying in this hotel, it was great. Staff was very friendly and our room was really cool. Had no idea we were getting a room with a separate bedroom, made it feel very homey. Bathroom was great, fancy fixtures and all! The free breakfast was nice too, although tough to find seating, not the hotel's fault there happened to be a wedding there the weekend we booked. Would definitely book this hotel again.

very helpful and friendly staff. very clean room and hotel. The breakfast had a good selection and very good

My stay was good, very comfortable and affordable. Great location, and very easy to find.

Very clean place to stay on our way to Maine.

This hotel was great. I had a kitchen, small sitting area, and great beds. It was right on the beach with many restaurants nearby.

The Inn is beautifully decorated. The living room and dining areas were inviting and comfortable with great views of the ocean. The continental breakfast was delicious with many choices including waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, oatmeal and various cereals. They had cold ham, turkey and cheese with breads and bagels. The afternoon tea offered cookies, muffins and croissants. They also served cheese and crackers with brandy and port wine in the early evening. The rooms were pretty with a...

The place was amazing, the staff was extremely helpful AND the price was unbelievable, especially considering it was NYE! I mentioned the property to my colleagues and all six of them reserved rooms there as well. We were the NYE entertainment for one of the restaurants in the area, so we all returned to Port's lobby after our show to wind down. The person at the front desk asked if we were hungry, then proceeded to make breakfast for us. We all agreed this staff member personified the state's...

It was very nice, very clean big rooms and huge jacuzzi tub in large bathroom. Better than average continental breakfast and homemade cookies in the lobby every evening for guest staying at the Inn. Located right in the area of shops and restaurants. Near by scenic walks along the beach. If not the beach, sidewalks all around the town of Kennebunkport and Kennebunk. I highly recommend Kings Port Inn!

Provided a great blueberry cake for breakfast!

I don’t have any complaints….breakfast was the best I’ve had.

I love this place! Check in is always smooth and the staff is always friendly. I really like the room set up with the separate living space from the sleeping space, and also a separate full kitchen area. Breakfast is included and always good with a large variety to choose from. They also have a free light supper a few nights a week. I sleep so well as the mattress and pillows are wonderful. The toiletries are nice and the towels are thick. The room was spotless and even though it is a...

Clean and near everything

I just want to say I made a mistake and booked the wrong days and the people that run this place were wonderful and understanding and I am so appreciative for refunding my very dumb mistake!! As I can’t say I stayed yet I will be in the very near future!! Thank you for showing humanity!!

Tamara was wonderful at check-in, her explanation and walk through of the check-in packet was very thorogh. The room was exactly as pictured as was the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and the robes for my mom and myself were very comfortable. Highly recommend the Grand Hotel

The Nonantum Resort is a little slice of heaven. Located in the quaint town of Kennebunkport, the Nonantum has amazing views, great staff and wonderful food. You can walk into town if you don't mind a little stroll and you can also walk to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful historic inn in a gorgeous setting overlooking harbor. Walk along Ocean Avenue close. Loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.
