“This place was perfect for us! It is small, as described, but just what we needed. The couch was opened up and perfect for our 4 year old to sleep on. They provided sheets for the futon bed as well. The bed was comfortable. Perfect location! We walked to Congdon's for doughnuts and to their food truck night. Also walked to Mike's Clam shack. Ogunquit and York are a short drive. We loved the pool. Place was very clean. Would definitely stay again. ”

“The view from the room and deck were incredible and as described. The bed and pillows were very comfortable enabling a great night's sleep. The condo was clean and the neighborhood is very safe. There is a lovely beach within walking distance or a 3 min drive (see pic) and we loved walking the shoreline and taking in the view. Nearby you will find the Rye Lobster Pound (casual - maybe 10 min drive) and the Carriage House (upscale- approx. 12-15 minute drive) - both delicious. Most importantly,……

“I am so happy to discover this gem. This weekend for our family was to honor my children's father who recently passed away and I struggled to find a place for my family of 6 without breaking the bank. It was clean, the host was very nice and easily available if needed and best part we were literally a minute walk to the beach & boardwalk. It is ideal location for a family. My teen boys especially loved being so close to the arcade and in the morning I could get my coffee right at the corner……

“The place was small but highly effective to stay. Great little kitchen full of utensils, table to eat, light and air via windows, the bed was comfortable and so were the chairs. The bathroom had two sinks and a roomy shower. Parking was ample and location close to things. And if you have friends in the area, great place to invite over for a meal or to hang in the clubhouse for a game of billiards or a swim. Would definitely stay here again. The one downside was a musty smell, but that tends to……

“This was a great stay. highly recommended. You can walk to a wonderful park and also walk to get lobster rolls that are fantastic. The view out the back was a highlight to us as much as being able to see the ocean from the deck. Quiet, beautiful and overall a perfect stay. You won't be disappointed”
