"The house was nice for the price. We were able to walk to several restaurants and bars in the neighborhood and we were not far from the downtown area. A couple of updates would help. The bathroom fan is noisy when first turned on. Also, the blinds were broken in a couple of spots so light came through. TV batteries were dead when we arrived but they dropped off replacements within a couple of hours, which was appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"Came to town for a funeral. The place was amazing, so cute with beautiful decor. The location was wonderful with lots to do and cute restaurants, shops, trails all right out the door. Management was responsive with excellent communication. Never been to Loveland or Cincinnati before, now want to come again because the place was great and there is a lot to do!!"

"I hosted a small girls trip for my mom's 60th birthday. This location was great. The house had (almost) everything we needed and the host was super responsive. We appreciated the wide selection of coffees and teas provided. We enjoyed cooking breakfast together and playing games at night. We appreciate the strong Wi-Fi. "Lots of stairs, not just into the house but up to living room and 2 of the bedrooms , so keep in mind for guests that have trouble with stairs. Nice spacious living room. Beds were comfy. Felt safe in this neighborhood. To clarify, no coffee maker, just a Keurig Perfect for us to stay in for our daughter’s graduation from UC, not too far from campus but away from tons of traffic. Great way for family to relax and celebrate together for a mini weekend getaway"

"I am so thankful that this property was available for my wedding weekend! We got married at The Grand Ballroom (about 2.5 blocks away) and this was the perfect location for my bridal party. "Location is great can walk to most places in town! However the blinds were broken in the bedroom and the other bedroom had paper blinds so the sunlight will come in and wake you up. The 2nd bedroom also has no privacy and it has a glass wall to the kitchen just fyi. We were two couples that stayed in the house so that was a bite awkward"

"Would love to give a 5 star but have to be honest in my review. The property at the time of my visit had a huge ant problem in both the bathroom and kitchen. I pointed this out directly on the “owners” feedback page but no response or acknowledgment. Other than that it’s a great convenient location. As per other reviews the walls are thin here so no matter how quiet people try to be upstairs you will hear everything. Just hope you and the other occupants are on the same schedule. "
