“The staff were nice and the hotel itself was clean. There were bums around at the front of the hotel. There's nothing that the business can do about that. The city needs to deal with that problem. "This is the worst hotel ever in my life.I booked 5 day here in Room 353.On day 4 at noon ,one blonde hair staff knock my room door twice time and told me is time to check out(Impolite attitude).I suppose that she want cleaning my room so i reply her’ok wait few second ‘,then i change clothes and ready go out during the other short hair cleaner knock door and say i need check out again.Then i reply her i have booked 5 days,why i need to do that and prove it my booking information.after that she just say “oh is mistake ,you can go back to sleep”. Two staff haven’t any apology to me and go back their job as usual.I wonder why i had pay £485 for living then give me unprofessional service,my room hygiene is awful ,toilet have some silverfish, and cleaning not completely, never refill shower gel. When i check in first day at noght ,the front desk guy just give me key card and room no. no more presentation to me. Breakfast slightly better hostel(fruit and croissants )but not worth it £8.5.Overall to say, I highly not recommend live in this awful Hotel. Expensive but mess up my trip."
