We werebon the 4th floor. The room smelled bad. Like someone had smoked in there. Had to wait on manager to check us in for about 5 minutes because nobody was at the front desk. We just stood there waiting. Breakfast was delicious and the hot tub and pool are nice.

Our room was filthy, stains on the ottoman, bed pillow had someone else’s hair, shower had mildew everywhere, the room stunk. We got in at midnight and were too tired to request a room switch but I’m not sure it would have made a difference.
Pet fee was a bit high but other than that, a great hotel

It was a good hotel. Frustrated because the lady told me I could work out in the morning around 5. When I went down, the man said that wasn’t true and couldn’t unlock the door. Annoyed because I got up extra early and couldn’t use facility.
I loved everything about this Hampton Inn. It was very nice and the people were lovely. There was,however, an extra $50 charge without any explanation that I didn’t find til we were home. My fault for trusting anyone and saying don’t bother with a receipt.
The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean.
The only thing is that the housing keepers should be given an electron device to assist them in knowing what room is a check out and needs to be cleaned. The house keeper knocked on my door twice wanting to know if I was checking out. The devices are out there. It would save them time by cleaning rooms that are check out and not making your guest feel rushed to check out so they can clean the room.
