“We had stayed at the hotel only a week earlier and had asked for the same or similar room for the the three of us (two adults and a child). The room we had then was excellent. However on this occasion despite paying a little more it was smaller, had the strangest lighting set up (if you turned on the bathroom lights you it meant a single ceiling light above our child bed came on..ideal when he needed to sleep). When we arrived we had to ask 3 times for the sofa bed to be made up…it was……

Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“Easily situated for access from autoroute and petrol stop at Carrefour. The hotel was very busy with a coach party in, so still cannot understand why it has closed the restaurant and becomes a B/B hotel. Very pleasant surroundings with a mixture of banking and service businesses and residential”

“位置靠近河边比较好找，停车位少要停到附近的公共停车场。房间大小一般，早餐无水果和肉。步行到老城中心的几个大教堂都很近，也就10分钟。没有特别的好、坏之处。”

“Op doorreis naar de Atlantische kust, is Rouen, met haar prachtige eeuwenoude binnenstad met de mooiste vakwerkhuizen, als tussenstop een aanbeveling. Neem er de tijd voor en zoek een hotel, zoals deze, van waaruit je zo de binnenstad in wandelt of naar de Seine kan afdwalen en langs de kades met al haar leuke eetgelegenheden kan flaneren. Het hotel was verder van alle gemakken voorzien en we zijn het eens over het ontbijt, die echt heerlijk is! Uitchecken om 12 uur gaf ons de mogelijkheid……
