very poor furnishings, large queen bed is not a king bed, cheap plastic chairs for seating, make shift closet made from particle board after thought in corner, could have gotten a better nights sleep on a pile of rocks, mold in bathroom near exhaust vent that I had to clean off, dirt and garbage on floor in corners, very poor conditions

I cancelled my reservation on-line a week before the stay and was not granted a refund claiming the local hotel didn't approve a waiver. The local hotel's manager was never there after 5 calls and would not return my calls. Expedia claimed they tried to reach the person as well. It will be all bad reviews by me since no reasonable effort was made to cancel the reservation and cancel charges. VERY disappointed in the lack of service!

Place is disgusting staff is unfriendly and good luck getting a refund. Only the managers can give refunds is what i kept gettimg told but the managers are somehow never there they say they will call you back but never do

It was a beautiful motel. Our family had a wonderful time too bad. We couldn't use the pool because my daughter was so busy with her stuff. But aside from the room not Very clean.

Room did not appear clean, when first entering. There is no carpet flooring, the tile or laminate was dirty. Then as we made our way into the restroom, we found the sink area was full of dark spots, realized it was hair dye. The bathtub had this weird caky stuff on the edge. I grabbed a disinfectant wipe and started wiping the edge of the tub, came off pretty easily with a wipe. As I continued wiping, more caky stuff came up, then I started picking up hair with the wipes. By the time I was done with the tub, I had 3 different types and colors of hair and none seem to be from the top of someone’s head. Then I moved onto the sink area. Same issue there, caky stuff on the rim of the sink. Once I completed wiping it, it was clear that this room had not been cleaned. We were concerned the sheets weren’t clean. Went to the front desk to ask for a refund, the desk clerk refused to refund $. It was 10:30 pm we were exhausted, with 7 am competition. Found a room at another hotel. Next morning my husband tried to call the manager, no manager there. It has been a week, still no call back from the manager. Others that we knew from the competition, experienced the same issue. They too tried to get $ back and were denied, but offered a different room. They took it and demanded cleaning supplies and cleaned it themselves. Disappointed and out $250.

Room 133 was in disrepair. The toilet wasn't seated properly, so it was unstable and water leaked out when flushed. No plug in the sink. Repairs needed.

We thought we might be taking a chance with some of the reviews i read...Very pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and nice, actual Keurig in the room. The pool was super great, the breakfast was average for most hotels, very good and fresh. ACTUALLY super excited to stay tgere again. Grandkids loved it!

Check in was quick and easy. Building was older and needs some maintenance. Door handle was loose and held together by a wing nut. Fridge had left over food and was turned off so it smelled. Bathroom was tiny, barely room to close the door.

Not like I remember it. Ok for the price. I really like their breakfast. Pool is good. Room is clean, but walls are too thin. Bed was ancient. Don’t stay on the second floor because there’s no elevator to lug your luggage in. I probably won’t stay here again.

The freezer in our room was filthy with spilt chocolate milk everywhere, the doors from the outside were always unlocked. You never had to use your hotel key to get in the building through the side doors

Rooms and outside of building are in big need of repair. I booked hotel partially because of pool and waterslide shown in pics. When checking in found out that the water slide was an extra fee per person which is ridiculous, and should be listed when looking to reserve a room.

There was blood on the lamp shade, sticky bathroom floors, dirty shower and sheets. Would not let us cancel- found a different hotel anyways. Terrible.

The place is a very good place would be a very nice place if it could be updated the rooms are filthy the property is going downhill just like everything in the world I'm sure it's staff and not wanting to do their job properly but management and ownership should take responsibility it's sad because it would really be a nice place

The microwave in the room didn't work very well. Took 10 minutes to heat up something. Pool was nice, kids loved it. Breakfast was alright, biscuits were hard. Staff was pretty good. Felt like I was called a name when I pronounced Wyndham wrong though. Overall it was a good stay. I might stay there again.

Called and solidified reservations ahead of booking requesting adjoining rooms. Confirmed with staff explained it was for my 12 year daughters birthday party and we needed adjoining rooms. Put in notes as well. Only to arrive at the hotel an they give us two rooms not adjoining and inform me that if it’s my daughters birthday I was gonna have to pay another 250.00 for the usage of the pool. Was not agreed to ahead of time. Caught in a bind as friends of daughter showing up. Staff was very rude and then later said we will give u adjoining rooms . So we go pack up all our things and wait and wait and wait , only to be told they gave them to someone else!!I will NEVER NEVER STAY THERE Again. Rooms were dirty and musty.
