“The staff is friendly, the room is clean, and the kitchen is very convenient.”

“When I arrived the hotel staff was very friendly but the room was not adequate not even a phone the second night my bathroom sink broke flooded and I had to move into another room and then that room refrigerator was broken lastly I moved into a third room and it was fine I was not given any compensation for the inconvenience the people that were also in the hotel were living there and very loud”

“We were disappointed that the pool wasn't heated. Our granddaughter loves to swim but we couldn't last in that pool for long at all. There were no towels at the pool so my husband went in to ask for some and they said they would bring some out, but they never did. Had breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant and the breakfast was better than the dinner. Be prepared for traffic noise. Our room (and half the hotel) was right up against the 91 freeway. We usually stay at the Knott's Hotel but……

“very clean, large room, convenient ”

“The location is under construction so it’s a lil dusty. But overall stay was pretty good I’ll be back as it’s a close get a way can’t wait to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms”
