“The home is nice and in a good location. That being said, one bedroom had no power at all so really wasn’t usable. The landlord’s communication was basically non existent when we tried to chat with them. When we arrived at the property, the front door was open, which was also a bit unnerving. Overall, the property was nice, but the landlord has a lot to work on from a communication standpoint.”

“Eh. The property was definitely not exquisite. It was mostly good but these things made it less than ideal: there was always a “gardener” in the backyard each day making it unusable (and we didn’t get any notification that there’d be someone on the property every day), the trundle bed couldn’t be pulled out and there was a crib in the same room making it super tight, water pressure in the showers was real low, the AC didn’t keep the temp consistent and the working fridge was in the living room.”
