Supposed to be a no smoking hotel...however I endured 2 nights of folks across the hallway smoking . Had to put wet towels under my door to help keep the smoke out of my room. Staff did not make rounds around the hotel to check on stuff like that. No room service even though the sign was hung on door. Spoke to management and they were argumentive about the issue .

Halls smelled somewhat like smoke or dingy carpet. Extra security Deadbolt on door did not lock. Was given a new room and that deadbolt did not lock! Doors looked as if they had been replaced and did not align with hole for deadbolt, so I stayed in first room. The 2nd room I was offered had tile missing from the bathroom wall and other ugly spots on the walls. In the room I occupied, One queen bed had a skirt that had an ugly brown stain on it that could be seen as soon as you walk in the room! Why this was not replaced is a question of whether the housekeeping staff care what guests think and about their integrity. I mentioned the bed stain to the person at the front desk when reporting the lock, he did not show much concern and did not say it would be replaced. Continental breakfast was pretty sad. WILL NOT EVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

Room at average, tv remotes, had 3 and still barely worked. Breakfast was awful, brick gmhard bisquits, tastless gravy. We were very disappointed, but price was cheap, got what we paid for.
