It smelled of smoke and the previous guest left a marijuna bud at the door. I’ll definitely be seeking a refund. We didn’t use any of the amenities. "This hotel was very modern, a wonderful location check in process was very easy and the staff was very friendly. We were also able to get into our room ahead of check in time. The rooms were extremely clean and had very cool features which I won’t give away cause it’s exciting to experience yourself. Hope you book this hotel for yourself and your loved one also the rooftop patio pool overlooking Miami and the Miami Heat Stadium was very cool and super accessible to everything else as well as Port Miami. If you are taking a cruise, we will definitely be back!"

"We checked in late. We had reserved a Jr Suite but was given a standard room with a balcony. This doesn’t work for us as we need a couch & beds. I contacted the desk and after 30 minutes we were taken to the Jr. Suite. The staff was polite and accommodating but we were not notified of the change in room size before arriving at the room. The rest of the trip was perfect. "

"I read so many bad reviews of this hotel. Our room was on the 16th floor. It has great view of the sea. It was easily accessible to the beach that was excellent. But I was misled because it was advertised as hotel but not actually hotel. It was apartment lease place. No dining at all. So we have to go out and eat something. That was the difficult part of the trip otherwise pool was excellent and beach was excellent. Room view and space is awesome. "

It was very quiet and the front desk were very friendly and made sure we were very comfortable and accommodating. I really would give this property a 9.5 out of 10 & only reason they are .5 off is because the cleaning could’ve been a little more precise other than that everything was amazing. "
"This property is absolutely stunning. The service was exceptional from the bellmen at the very beginning to the front desk. Guerline was particularly very kind and very helpful. I particularly enjoyed the beachside yoga in the morning and the lovely walk from the property to the beach. I will certainly recommend this place for a beautiful stay. "
