"We checked in late. We had reserved a Jr Suite but was given a standard room with a balcony. This doesn’t work for us as we need a couch & beds. I contacted the desk and after 30 minutes we were taken to the Jr. Suite. The staff was polite and accommodating but we were not notified of the change in room size before arriving at the room.
