"I normally really enjoy staying here but here are things I must mention - They have microwaves in the room but no plates and my food melted causing me second degree burns trying to take it out of the microwave. I suggest giving plates to your guests and utensils in the rooms to avoid this from happening. It's great to have a microwave and sink ( sink saved a lot of skin) but need to be careful if you're making food. Also, please note their front desk is not manned properly for emergencies or room service. I called down for help to maybe get ice or clean up the room (spilled my dish while getting burned) but the front desk lady said " we cannot help it's only me at the desk and I cannot leave. Call 911 if you need to". I requested the nearest ive machine and made a run for it. Thanks for nothing. I had my hand in the bucket all night and luckily saved the skin on my hand but I warn you bding a medical kit in case you need it when staying here."

"The hotel looks brand new. Everything is spotless. We had a room with two beds. They were both queens. The room is very large. The beds were super comfortable. It was a nice workout room. Our shower had really low flow and when we told the Front Desk they sent maintenance right up and replace the showerhead and it was great after that. We didn’t have a breakfast coupon so the breakfast was $11 per person. It wasn’t the greatest buffet but where can you get breakfast for $11? It was OK. I would definitely stay here again if I need a place close to the airport."
