“The lobby was very dirty as we're the halls. Room was reasonably clean, but furniture battered with chunks of missing finish. The whole facility smelled strongly of pungent food being cooked, and tobacco smoke. There was no one at the desk for some time. When she finally turned up she said she was working an extra shift without relief and was about to lock up and leave. As it was only 5 pm I asked what would happen if we were later.
