We enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly and the location is pretty convenient if you want to take the Blue Ridge train ride or go to Mercier Orchards. Would love to stay again if we visit this area.

The lemon yellow and sherbet green walls will always come to your mind when you think of the Douglas Inn. Rooms are dated but they are clean and the price is good when compared to everything else in the area

Staff was welcoming and accommodating to our last minute booking. Place could use some renovations- our room had mildew on the walls and you could tell there had been water damage on the floors that hasnā€™t been addressed. Otherwise the room was clean. Provided breakfast consisted of muffins, apples/oranges and cereal. Overall the stay here was pleasant.

We were expecting a typical hotel room, but it was more like a small apartment. Kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom, bedroom with a very comfortable king sized bed. Nice complimentary breakfast and very accommodating staff.

Loved the location and the scenery the rooms are so neat and clean and smelled really good the carpets really nice bathroom excellent the refrigerator and little freezer inside excellent we are definitely staying here again i HIGHLY recommend your stay here
