I spent 2 nights at this Hotel for a short trip in Helen. It’s is about 1 mile from the main strip. This is an older property that could use updating. The staff was very friendly and responded immediately to needs. The overall cleanliness of the place is poor. They have an indoor pool that is heated and a hot tub and both felt wonderful after a long day of walking around Helen, My complaint is that this hotel along with many others in the area charge a rate equal to a 4 star hotel in a major city just because it’s a tourist area. I feel if I am paying that much it should be clean and updated at least. Overall, I would stay there again.

The staff was amazing- the beds were outdated and springy very uncomfortable. We had a good time at the indoor pool. More than likely won’t stay here again though. I like a good comfortable bed.

The room was not clane. Hare own beds trash in under the bad The bathtub was not claim. There was a spatter. In the bathroom. The staff was very nice at check-in.We did not stayed asked for money back

We had a great time from the entrance to the end. The pool was nice and warm due to the weather being cold outside it was perfect the hot tub was great and the room seem to be a newly renovated so it was great we slept like babies
