With the amenities of an exclusive riverside resort, a charming private guesthouse, and sleeping accommodations for dozen friends or family members in a gorgeous wooded setting, Row Harder is not your average Blue Ridge mountain cabin rental. Situated on 1.8 green acres with 200 feet of frontage on the Toccoa River, this magnificent property is a nature lover's dream. You can fish or kayak on the river or settle into a swing, rocker or hammock and instantly feel your daily stresses disappear. It's a tranquil oasis, just five minutes from Lake Blue Ridge, shopping and the bars and restaurants of Blue Ridge.
Row Harder is ideal for families and getaways with your friends, with plenty of space to gather indoors and out. And you'll love the variety of sleeping options. In the main house, the spacious master bedroom features a king bed, deck access, TV, an office area and private bath with double vanity and a tiled walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a bath with tub and shower. In the guesthouse, you'll find one bedroom with a queen bed, another with bunk beds and a trundle, 3 twin beds in the loft, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest house also has a mini-bar, microwave, TV and deck overlooking the river.
In the main house, you'll gather in comfort in the beautifully decorated living room, with its wood-burning fireplace and huge windows that showcase the river view. The adjacent kitchen is fully stocked and outfitted with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, crockpot, and drip and Keurig coffeemakers, all you need to cook for and serve a crowd. You'll dine under an antler chandelier at a table for 8, and there's seating for three at the breakfast bar.
On the back deck, there are both gas and charcoal grills for your cookouts and seating space to dine 6, relax and enjoy good company. The screened-in porch has an outdoor living room with a wood burning fireplace, TV, and a spectacular view. Near the river's edge, there's a fire pit for your marshmallow roasting and storytelling pleasure, and a large flat area that's perfect for playing touch football. The property is fully fenced in, allowing for a great space for dogs and children to play safely. Board games and cards provide more entertainment, and the four TVs are all equipped with DirecTV.
Other amenities include WiFi, a DVD player, stereo, washer/dryer, and toys for little ones and parking on the gravel driveway. But the best thing about this little slice of paradise is the way it will make you feel: happy, relaxed, without a care in the world. And that's what a great vacation is all about.

The coziest, spacious, most beautiful stay for an extended family gathering! Very convenient to Blue Ridge but felt like we were remote and in nature too!
I get a fishing trip together every year and we float from the damn to a cabin on the river this rental property was the best so far good fishing and an easy takeout for the kayaks will definitely book again
Beautiful place with a space for all to spread out, even the pets had so much space to run around. Location is perfect, super close to town but secluded enough for peace and quiet. Great section of the river for floating or fishing. We will definitely be back for more adventures!!
We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. The land is so spacious and wonderful for our dogs. The river was so nice to have. We even caught some fish so bring your poles. Absolutely fabulous! We will be back. Thank you so much for allowing our fur babies.
Nice place to stay with lots of room and short drive to downtown Blue Ridge. We enjoyed the fire pit by the river. The pots and pans had a lot of scratches on them and should be replaced soon but other items in the kitchen were ok. The family room was nice but the cushions would easily slide off so we were constantly replacing them.
Row Harder was ideal for our family of 6 adults and 5 grandchildren. The guest house offered plenty of extra space and quiet time if needed. We played frisbee in the yard and fished in the river. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Dishwasher is a little tricky, be careful with the drawer just to the left as it will cause the dishwasher to pop open. But other than that, everything was perfect. It was hot during our visit, but the AC was able to keep both houses cool. We recommend staying at Row Harder.
Great location on the river. Large yard in the shade if you plan to fish. Plenty of room for everyone. Everyone raved about the couch in the living room, super comfy. Only suggestion, house was super clean, decks could probably use a good cleaning too. :0)
The perfect place for a family reunion ! Lot’s of room and beautiful views. The only real problem we had was not being able to use the loft room in the second house. Most of our family members were in their 60’s and 70’s and did not feel comfortable climbing a ladder to the second floor level. Still had a wonderful time and looking forward to coming back!
The property was perfect for my family at Thanksgiving. It has a lot of room to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked. The only negative which was not a huge deal but the side cabin doesn’t have great WiFi.
We loved our week. It is a beautiful property and we were able to bring our fur baby. The property is completely fenced in so we felt safe to let him run and he had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the fire pit, cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, and visiting on the screened in porch. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.
We recently returned from our stay at Row Harder and had an awesome time. The cabins are gorgeous, and the river frontage is stunning. We rented kayaks from Toonz Rentals, and our son and his friends put in the water every day at Tammen Park or our cabin and floated down to Curtis Switch Bridge. Every night we built a big campfire with the provided firewood, played corn hole, and cooked on the Big Green Egg. The older teens loved the guest cabin and having their privacy. It was perfect!
The grounds are so beautiful and well maintained, and the fenced yard was perfect for our two dogs. The kitchen is also FULLY stocked with anything you need to cook or bake.
During our stay, a large storm came through causing some damage in the surrounding area. Most people in the area were out of power for some time—including Walmart! We were without power for around 15 hours or so until the power company could clear trees and repair the lines. But even with no power, the cabins stayed nice and cool at night until the power returned.
We are definitely returning to Row Harder next summer. We have stayed in many cabins in Blue Ridge and Ellijay over the years, and this one was the best by far!
This property is breathtaking. We loved sitting at the fire pit down by the river in the evenings. The screened in back porch was our favorite place to gather after a day of exploring. Our two small pups ran all over the back yard and having a fenced in property for them was reassuring.
The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked a lot.
Property managers answered all our questions in a timely matter and were very nice to work with.
Having a separate guest house for the older children was great as well.
I imagine we will be back in the future!
