“The staff was outstanding and the facilities were great!! I especially appreciated the large shower and bathroom lighting. Also, the staff was very eager to help when our room only had two beds when we had 6 occupants. They kindly comped us a second room across the hall and were super curious while doing so.”

“My room was not properly cleaned. Dusty desk, bedside tables and lamps were all VERY dusty. One lamp did not work at all. Bathroom countertop, sink, and mirror had not been cleaned. The floor in the bathroom area where the toilet and shower are had not been cleaned/mopped. Neither had the shower floor. It looks like someone came in and changed the sheets and trash can liners and that was it. Thank goodness I had my Lysol disinfectant wipes in the car. There was no A/C in the dining room……

“We arrived and the key cards did not work for the room, the third time down they gave us a different room. The key cards worked this time, once in the room we discovered a bug infestation. I went back down and said we are not staying here, there are bugs in the room. The attendant immediately said, you’re not the first person to say this, but we can’t give you your money back. You’re better off sleeping in a truck stop bathroom than sleeping here. Tear the place down.”

“We found the room to be very clean and comfortable for our needs and had the chance to relax in the pool which was also clean and a great temperature. We had an early departure time, 2am, and as we checked out we mentioned the breakfast but that we were leaving to early. The front desk hostess brought us out yogurt, fruit and juice and set up the Belgian waffle batter. Along with coffee, it was wonderful to have something to eat prior to our long drive home.
