We have stayed at this property for the past several years on our way home from our vacation. It has satisfactorily met our needs. This year, however, the guest wifi was inadequate. In this day and age, this is an amenity that is expected and deserved.

The parking lot barely fits the demands of the building. We arrived to no one at the desk. Rang the bell multiple times before the staff member came to check us in. He was closing the pool apparently, but no note left for guests to know.

Great experience at this property. Our room on the top floor was comfortable and most importantly, quiet. We love this hotel chain. Y’all manage your properties so well and the rates are great. We will be back. This location, in Princeton, VA is the perfect stopping point on our trip north to Pittsburgh, PA.

I was moved from one noisy room to another room that had a very sketchy bathtub. When I commented on this the next morning , the desk clerk could not have cared less . Dismissed it as “older room” . Ok, but I did not shower because the tub was disgusting, and I wasn’t comfortable with getting into it .

The check-in was great. Angela did a great job getting us situated despite having issues with the computer system. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front of the hotel and the breakfast area had ample seating and many food options. Would stay here again.
