Villas in Cool Ridge

"The room was nasty.the floors were completely black. Looked as of they used the same mop water for each room. We got into the shower just after being there 2hrs with bare fewt and the towel sas black from where we stepped on it. they advertised a pool and continental breakfast. Neither was available. The outside light flickered hardly worked was extremely dark and sketchy. There wasnt enough plugs. There wasnt towels or trash cans or ammenities like a coffee maker in the room. The lobby was under renovation with no sign of pardon our dust or renovations. There was dust and boxes every where. No exhaust fans in bathroom smoke detector went off bc of the shower. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND"

"Bar restaurants area was awesome. Watch the Buffalo sabers beat Montreal 8-3 with ice people we met. Pool area was very clean and the grounds were beautifully kept"

"The shower drain strainer was moldy and not attached to the floor. It was gross and not useable. We are going to have to find another hotel in the area to stay. The breakfast buffet had kids putting their nasty fingers in everything and then licking their fingers. Another gross thing. Yes I know that is not your fault but the parents. It is still GROSS"

"The is property is amazing. You can’t purchase the views but you sure can enjoy them from this place.Highly recommend staying here!"

"Breakfast was great. The breakfast stayed full and it was really a lot of customers. He kept the food and coffee full. Exceptional employee, didn't get his name. The staff at the desk was exceptional as well, very friendly and helpful."

"Most of the amenities were closed, no housekeeping and when asked for a simple garbage bag on day two it never showed up the whole week."

"We have chosen this hotel in the past because it does not have carpets in the room and gerenally feels clean. The rooms are small (and we knew this). However on this stay we did not experience and service in the room during a 4 night stay (even after bringing this to the attention of front desk staff. They blamed it on other people and the room was never serviced. On the morning le checked out we found a someone else’s clothing in our room which made us believe that one of the staff may have used our room to shower and change clothes. This was disturbing. I don’t think we’ll stay here again. "
