Manager Brie and the other two Managers have made our stay for inconvenient reasons very comfortable. They looked after us as if my Daughter and me were family. At a time we needed kindness. They more than delivered! We love them! And not to forget the gentleman Manager who helped us in a big way. They are all Outstanding!!

The Window had a crack in it. The carpet felt damp, There was an aroma in the hallways that came into the room. The rear parking lot entrance was broken and repaired poorly numerous times.

Very poor

Check in was easy but room was musty and smelled like smoke and there was mildew on the shower and shower curtain and hair on the wall of the shower! The room was so humid that the bedding felt damp and so did the carpet. Called the desk and asked for an extra set of towels but never received. Restaurant was ok and convenient but the continental breakfast was substandard.

The property is dated and could use some TLC but the staff has always been nice when we’ve stayed there. The breakfast is better than some others we’ve had. If you are on a budget and not looking for anything fancy but a place to sleep with free breakfast in the morning you’ve found your stop.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hallways were dark and dreary. My room smelled stale, the furniture looked like a cat had been in there because it was thread worn. No hot water in the sink. The only hot water was in the shower. I brought my swim suit to go in the pool. The pool look like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The bed was the only redeeming quality it was just right. I’ve been in QualIt’s Inns before but this was no quality. I won’t be going back there.

Zero stars!

It was a non-smoking room but you could clearly see where housekeeping had tried to wipe the film.off the mirrors. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. Carpet was dated and dirty. The mattress was just a touch softer than the floor. Sign in lobby said No TV due to changing providers. The shower towels had a musty odor to them, as well.

Took at least 15 minutes to get greeted and checked in. Limited staff. Broken vending machines, terrible cold breakfast, dated decor, smelly carpet and no AC in my room.

Not bad..but

Not a bad stay- there was a musty smell in the room. The pillows were little sqar ones. But the bed was really comfortable- Get new pillows!!

The property vending machine didn't work, the ice machine in our hallway didn't work. the outside door was not locking, out room door had a plate falling off so we could not deadbolt it. They are remodeling some rooms, so I think they are working on fixing things. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired. Very basic.

The property is very run down. Everything is old and dirty. Electric outlets hanging out of the wall weeds everywhere and the carpet in the room felt wet The tub was old and gross. I'd not stop here again Glad i only booked one night. Not worth what i was charged

Hallways were filthy, room was absolutely nasty! Holes in arms of chairs, bedding stained with yellow spots, musty odor in room, no hot water, carpet in room soiled and smelly hvac unit nasty and broken vents. I watched the desk clerk rent a room to a very young couple for cash with no ID. They ended up across the hall from my room, they argued for the whole hour I was there. In the room, in the hallway and outside using the F bomb at the top of their lungs. Staff offers nothing except to deal with it because they had nowhere to move me. How bad was it you ask? I lost $155 because I booked through a third party "Expedia" but, still refused to stay. I went elsewhere. This place is a hide out for the drug addicts of the town. STAY AWAY! I will post this as many places as I can post to!
