“We had a flat tire around 2pm on route neat Columbia. Called the site and they said no refunds since the hotel was booked on Expedia. “The staff was very nice and helpful. They did explain to us that the hotel is going to be renovated soon, which it desperately needs. Our bathroom wasn’t in good shape at all. They had no extra pillows and no extra blankets. The morning breakfast was nothing to write about. Maybe once they get it renovated it would be worth trying again just because of the staff.”

“Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Not as much for breakfast. Get there at least 15 min before the scheduled end (9:30 on weekdays). I walked in at 9:15 and some items were already gone. I had to ask for jelly. By 9:25 all the food was gone and by 9:30 the chairs were on top of the tables. Others were fooled as well.”
