“The week we stayed, the hot water boiler was out. NO hot water. We left 2 days early because of the hot water situation. We have not heard from Expedia regarding a refund. Tru and Expedia have lost a customer.”

“I needed a quick 2 night weekend spontaneous trip to Destin. This hotel is convenient and about 25 minutes away. My room was clean. Would recommend. Would stay again. ”

“I arrived at 5:30 to check into a room with a 3:00 check in. The room was not ready. The front desk staff told me it would "be a while" and she would call me when it was ready. I was traveling with 4 minors. When I still didn't have a room at 6:30, I asked to cancel and made other arrangements. They are refusing to refund money. The hotel told expedia the room was ready at 4:30. It was a lie and expedia did nothing to confirm and refused to stand behind the customer. Never again expedia……
