“It was a very nice place. It was very quiet and very convenient to lots of activities.”

“Excellent management, communication and overall experience”

“This was a great space for my family and I. The location was close to the things we wanted to do while in the area and was very comfortable.”

“Condo was as described very beautiful area at what seems like the top of the mountian we saw Bears every day we were there roaming the property. One PSA tip is to keep your car doors locked found out that bears know how to open doors and get inside after goodies :) Beddings and furnishings were all very comfortable and great pressure and heat on showers.”

“The condo is in an easy-to-access location, but in a peaceful, quiet area. It was clean, and the host's instructions were clear and easy to follow. We appreciated having a comfortable place while we visited the area.”

“The condo was clean and matched the description. The pool/lazy river and hot tub were just as described! Communication with the host was amazing. The only downfall was the pullout couch… the mattress pad was very thin and you could feel the bars through it which warranted in some not so good sleep for an adult(the kid was fine). But what pullout couch is actually comfortable!?!Overall a 10/10 is given!!! Would book again!”

“We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town. We even got to see a few bears a coyote and some wild……

“The chalet is very cozy , was no hot tub but otherwise very nice property . Would go out in the morning to drink coffee and see the bears in the yard playing. The pool was a 2 minute drive from the chalet .”

“We loved our stay. It was clean and had beautiful views. We had 8 bear sightings which was amazing. The only downside was the noise from the room from the condo above us.”
