I couldn’t pay with an American credit card because I was told that they don’t have an agreement with foreign credit bureau. That is odd because visa and Mastercard are international banks.

So far, one of the best hotels I have stayed at when traveling to Veracruz. Will definitely be booking at Hotel Oliba for my future stays. Excellent price, location and very comfortable.

Buena estancia, limpio y seguro
Buena experiencia, es la primera vez que nos quedamos y encontramos que el cuarto estaba muy limpio y las camas cómodas. Solo llegamos a dormir y creo que para eso es una excelente opción por el precio.

Great hotel with low price
Escogí este hotel principalmente por el precio, dado que solo necesitaba lugar para dormir antes de tomar mi vuelo en la mana siguiente, sin embargo, sí me sorprendió la calidad de sus habitaciones. Las camas son muy cómodas y en general está en muy buenas condiciones y con excelente ubicación.

The hotel was nice I liked it. The area looks clean and decent but they had no cable TV and that was a boomer but it was clean. Staff was amazing and it was safe.

Everything was great except for the fact that the TVs didnt work. Their cable service was down so we couldn't watch TV other than that the place was very good. Quiet, clean and pretty.

Me hospede en familia con mis dos hijos y mi esposo, el lugar es muy cómodo, súper accesible a todo! Tiendas y restaurantes muy muy cerca, la playa está a 5 min caminado, está muy bien ubicado! Lo único "malo" esque en el hotel hay un salón de fiestas y dos de las noches que nos hospedamos hubieron eventos y aunque el ruido no es muy fuerte, si se alcanza a escuchar en las habitaciones. .. De ahí en fuera nos quedamos con una buena impresión del lugar, si nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí

El hotel esta en buen estado, todo muy comodo y limpio, cuenta con servicio de valet parking, alberca etc Lamentablemente la queja es la señorita de recepción (muchacha de lentes) que atiende extremadamente mal, desconozco si sea la dueña o gerente del lugar y por eso se da la facultad de ser prepotente y exigente con los huespedes

Cumple con su cometido. El restaurante estaba fuera de servicio y así que se diga que hay muchos restaurantes para ir a pie, no. Sobre todo que iba una persona mayor. En estos días es un requisito tener rampa y no tiene, hay que subir varios escalones para acceder al lobby.
