3 BR Fabulous Group/Family Getaway - Fully Furnished - Central Boise - E108

Our community is centrally located with convenient access to downtown, shopping, and theaters. The unit includes a washer/dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave and is located on the first floor.
Note: there is a $100 flat fee for visiting animals. 2 night minimum stay required.

Our on-site amenities include excellent management, a large clubhouse and year round hot tub (pool seasonal, Memorial Day - Labor Day), fitness center and business center.

The 1250 square foot apartment ready for immediate occupancy. Please check the calendar for availability.

Great location and Nice Apartment
The apartment was fantastic! It’s right in front of the fountain. It was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The owner is very responsive. It’s also very close to many places and you get a beautiful view of mountains every time you step outside. Things you should know: The Blu-ray player has apps but they don’t work well. The beds are pretty firm, but the couch is very comfortable. I am not sure if the rest of the apartments are rented out, but I’m pretty sure they are. I didn’t have many interactions with the residents, but it should be noted that the apartment above this one has kids and, what I assume, is a big dog. There will be a lot of noise from running children and a big dog who is very active (but doesn’t really bark). The neighbors behind this have at least 2 dogs who bark quite a lot. I understand that this isn’t the owner’s fault, but I do believe that people who vacation here should know that the other units are rented by locals and may be noisy if the same people are occupying those units when you visit. Lastly, when looking for a reservation for our trip, we specifically looked for a place with a hot tub. This place does have a hot tub, but it’s communal. So, you would either have to drive or walk there due to the unit being almost at the very back of the lot. But, overall, this is a very good location, very nice unit, and very affordable.

Great base to explore
We stayed here as we wanted a swimming pool for the kids and it was worth it. The place was well equipped and the pool/clubhouse/BBQ is a very good facility.

Quiet area, close to everything
We stayed here just a short drive away from downtown Boise. The complex was quiet and everyone was very nice. The dedicated covered parking spot is great, but unfortunately didn't our SUV with roof rack. We managed to get the open parking spots which is a nice option to have! Pantry and kitchen was well stocked. The rooms are huge and spacious. Very nice and comfortable stay.

Beds were comfy and sheets were soft. Neighbors were pretty loud above us. The showers were very clean but needed some maintenance as there was a crack in the master showers floor and the rails were a little loose. Overall it was good for a couple nights but wouldn’t want to stay there any longer than we did.

Wonderful, relaxing stay!
I was very impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the apartment. Everything was very comfortable, with a seamless check-in and check-out. I would have liked to know about the basic cable TV and especially the DVD player, since there were few channels to watch and we brought no DVDs with us. Everything else was awesome! I'd definitely stay here again.

It has everything!
I used the gym and definitely enjoyed the entire house! I loved the dining room and living room area. It was very open and comforting. I would’ve used the jacuzzi if it wasn’t freezing outside. I stayed alone as my plans changed, but it wouldn’t been a great family home.

Common areas need maintained. Not bad for noise until the weekend, on Saturday night upstairs was so loud with banging hollering and running that lasted till past midnight. Unit in E building furthered from pool and grills. No parking for guests. All full. These are apartments with full time families

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property! The accommodations we spacious for the two of us, we each had our own bathroom with a room to spare. The location was perfect for us to visit nearby family. Parking was okay, the reserved parking spot was a bit tight. Overall we would recommend this place and would stay here again. The apartment was great! It was large, clean, comfortable and had most everything you need. The VRBO app was down and we were unable to access the key code or the host which created much stress. All’s well that ends well!!
