The deluxe family rooms with beds for the whole family! And lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Nice pool and breakfast! Great location!!

The girl who checked me in called DESI did not know what was going on. She was slightly rude at check in and she happened to check me out as well, at check in, told me that my card on file would not be charge and it in fact was, right away. I wanted to pay with a different card and she knew that. When she explained to me the reason, she sounded unsure and was a crap explanation. She did refund the card on file, but as we all know that takes days to show back in the account. Maybe she missed that day in training but I was pretty unhappy with the experience. I have been to that hotel a number of times and this time was the worst. Breakfast was decent and the bed was comfy. Also, I tried to call down to the front desk and the phone in my room was not working. Not sure why. I just used my cell to call down there. Will not be booking there again.

I love that the pool is 24 hours and kids aren't allowed in after 10pm. We did have some trouble with our TV. It kept freezing and the volume button on the remote did not work at all.

All of the staff were so pleasant and friendly. The property was very clean. Our semi handicapped room was very nice. But, I believe they might add a couple more handicapped parking spaces. And, if possible, walk in shower instead of a bath tub. But, a really fantastic place to stay! Thanks! Very good breakfast! Kudos!

Negatives: The bathroom had mildew on the walls. Unless you’re on the 4th floor, you’ll be kept up all night by the elephants running around in the room above you. At least it sounded like a herd of elephants. Breakfast is meh. Positives: The staff is nice. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours.

Our room was very large and clean. All the staff were accommodating. The only negative was the breakfast buffet. The choices were good, but the quality of the food could have been better.

We enjoyed our stay however this hotel needs some updating. The carpet in the room was stained and dirty.
