Wonderful property near Eagle

Overall, Nice property. More attention to detail is needed though. It was ice cold in the house when we arrived - heat was off. The hot water heater was out and we had to start it ourselves. Found trash behind doors and under beds. Bedroom to left of bathroom had stained sheets.

This was an amazing stay. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was super clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice it was friendly and we were close to restaurants and stores. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect place to stay!
Rarely have I stayed at a place that I can say is perfect. This little townhome was super clean and very comfortable! The location was quiet with parks nearby and my family of five had absolutely no issues! I could move here!

We were pleasantly surprised to have a VRBO so well furnished with cooking and eating utensils. The home was well furnished and in a nice neighborhood and well taken care of. Would recommend others stay there as well.

Great place
I will definitely rent again when I am in Boise for work it is a fabulous townhouse nice and quiet and located centrally for all the things that I needed to do. Good high speed Internet so I could work while I was there very clean and comfortable.

Renter beware
This is a wonderful house that we have stayed in 5 times Those stays range from 15 to 45 days. The neighborhood is beautiful but the neighbors hate that this property is a VRBO and they make their point very clearly. One neighbor returned a package to Amazon stating “the people don’t live here.” Another neighbor received our Uber eats order but didn’t inform us. Another neighbor complained that the rental car was parked on the street for one night. The neighbor down the street parked an RV pop out and all for three days. The house is wonder, fully stocked in the kitchen and back patio great for BBQs. Two spacious bathrooms, fully stocked linen closet. The bikes were a plus. The yard is maintained weekly by landscapers. The lawn also has automatic sprinklers. Upon check in we received a call from the manager to ensure things were ok. She quickly responded to a couple of items needing to be fixed (sink and dishwasher). A few thing that could use some fixing; Master bed-makes a ton of noise with even the smallest amount of movement. Curtain in the master bathroom. I’m sorry but the backyard neighbors don’t need to see me doing my business. Curtain on the patio door. Once again the neighbor said don’t need to see me laying on the couch in my pjs. Couch- most uncomfortable piece of furniture I’ve sat on in a long time. Patio bark- constant cleaning it up and picking it out of my two boys feet. Coffee pot take 30 minutes to make a pot of coffee. The cheese drawer in the fridge is broken. It has been for at least two years. The ice machine wasn’t working. Overall I would stay at this house again.

Great Boise home away from home
We found the perfect spot for our stay in Boise. It was close to our daughter and her family and close to all the local activities. We were able to enjoy Eagle Island, the Boise River, playgrounds and parks on the greenbelt, Boise Zoo and nature center and downtown markets, all within a short driving distance. The home was clean and well maintained and very well equipped for all the cooking and eating. I would highly recommend this home as a home away in Boise.

Very nice location, quiet neighborhood and very clean property

I am thoroughly impressed with this townhouse! We loved being in the perfect location right next to great hiking trails and close to downtown Boise. We will definitely be staying here again if it is available the next time we are in Boise! I highly recommend staying here!

Fun spot for a family.
Perfect spot for us. We had a participant in a Mt bike race right up the street. The rest of us walked to the watch the event. The townhouse was well equipped and comfortable. There is a park nearby and the backyard is fenced in. It was super for the three year old

Great to have room for kids to each have their own room & bathroom! Cozy gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, soap for laundry, WiFi & TV in living room. Perfect Stay
This property was perfect for our visit to Boise to attend a family wedding. The duplex is exactly as pictured and is in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate and had everything that we needed to enjoy our weekend. Perfect!!

EXCELLENT!!!
This property seemed like I was at my own home. Everything was clean, new and equipped (especially with utensils in the kitchen, hairdryer, and I think an ironing board) and every room was oversized with there not being any junk or over decorating to cause clutter (like in some VRBO's). The fire place was a nice comfort and put off heat so we didn't need to use the heater. We didn't use the BBQ but it was appreciated that it too was very clean. Backyard was gated rather than having a common area, which was nice for kids. And thankyou for having a remote garage opener to make is easy to park in garage. (I hope over time, renters remember to put it back in the drawer.) Bikes were nice for the kids to get out, and location of property were perfect for walks, playgrounds, and Eagle Sports Park (so if you can bring your kids skateboards, scooters or bikes with you. We rented bikes & a rack from "Bikes n Board" in Boise a few miles down. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. We loved this property and will definatley be back. A few minor recommendations: Maybe add a few more blankets to closet (the throw blankets were nice to use while sitting on couch). Put a shade over back door window to keep light out while watching TV. Shower doors rather than curtains would be nice (too much water got on floor, especially in master shower). Perhaps a larger couch facing TV to accommodate 6 people. We had to move 2 chairs during our stay so we could all see TV but it was nothing major. Provide coasters for water glasses so your furniture doesn't get ruined. Provide a nightlight in hall bathroom for kids so a main light doesn't need to be used. All these recommendations would have made stay alittle more comforting but honestly this was the best VRBO we've stayed in around the states. We Loved it!!

Perfect central location
We shared this house with our son and daughter-in-law and their two small children. Not only was the house comfortable for all of us but it was spacious for us all. We had every amenity and everything needed to cook and clean. The barbecue and bicycles were special additions. Having all the appliances in the house made our stay that much easier.

Quite home in new neighborhood
Great property. Nice furniture, comfortable beds and great towels. Lots and lots of room. Well appointed kitchen, had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Great location. Not in downtown, but easy to get to anywhere in Boise. Super quiet neighborhood. Will look to stay here again when we come back to Boise next.
