Friendly & helpful staff, always someone on reception. Room was small, didn’t like bed against a wall. Bed linen & towels very clean, shower worked well. Bathroom skirting boards could’ve been cleaner & shower base discoloured.
Hotel in good location
Mostly just love the location of this spot, it was within a couple of min walk of all the places I wanted to go. The staff were lovely. Room was as you would expect, I was on the 5th floor, had a cute view. Clean, cozy spot to rest my head. :) It's my 2nd time staying there and I will definitely stay there again.

It's a few steps up from a youth hostel but the location is good and its less expensive than chain hotels nearby.
The hotel is located in a great area so that many sightseeing tourist spots are within walking distance from less than 5 minutes-30 minutes at a leisure walk. The room assigned to us was very spacious. The one thing I would say is to have a nonslip mat inside the shower floor or be available because once it was wet, it was slippery. The staff were a great help at check- in and-out as leaving our luggage since we arrived early and leaving late. Overall, enjoyed the stay and wouldn’t mind returning there in the future.
This was my second time staying at this hotel. I believe the last time it was called The Found Hotel. The hotel is reasonably priced for the location. In return for a reasonable rate, you get a hotel with clean rooms, pleasant and helpful staff - that is very close to Boston Common, the theatre district, etc. That’s really about it. But it’s what I expected, so I was not disappointed. There’s a public parking garage across the street.
I would stay there again if I needed a hotel in the area. But I’d seriously try to avoid a room on the first floor if possible. My room was very close to the lobby. It can get noisy.

The property was in a good location. Staff was friendly. One of the staff members discouraged me about the gym provided off premises stating he’s not sure there are any weights and there are homeless types there. Room was small but clean, decent size bathroom too. The bed was uncomfortable and low to the ground. I had a hard time falling asleep due to street noise and some noise in the hallway and nearby rooms. Still overall an ok place to stay. Clean, safe location.
Budget friendly hotel in a great location, walking distance to many central attractions, subway stations, and neighborhoods. Front desk was very welcoming and friendly for the most part, but was unable to accommodate a request to refill body lotion toiletry dispenser when asked. Queen size room was cozy and basic, but with a view of a wall. You get what you pay for. Good for a place to sleep and relax after a long day of sightseeing or if wanting a central downtown location close to everything.

Clean and friendly staff. Near to subway and train station. Small room though.
The location is good and the price was reasonable during booking. However, I would have paid a little more for another hotel. The rooms are extremely small. I am 5ft and weigh 110 pounds my head hit the wall in front of the toilet. The queen-size bed was comfortable, but the wall on the headboard had dust. My allergies were horrible due to the dust in the rugs too. However, everyone working the front desk was friendly and kind. The rooms near the lobby are very noisy and they do not have blackout curtains. But we requested our garbage to be picked up and they did and they replaced our towels with fresh clean ones. No Netflix. Good coffee was available in the lobby.
