This was the second time I stayed at the Parker House. Accommodations were good except for humidity in our room. We had to turn the AC up and it would cut off and on several times and hour, very loudly. Otherwise a great central location with good restaurant, bar and friendly staff.
Hard to top the Fairmont - top end but very friendly and welcoming. Stayed in a similarly rated hotel later in the week in Montreal - no comparison. This is as close to a 5 star as it gets - no one should be disappointed - unless they are a cat lover!
I stayed for one night at this hotel on my way to the Cape, and I couldn't have had a more enjoyable stay. Room was very comfortable with great amenities, and the staff were all great! Wished I could have stayed longer!
Nice hotel, great location, reasonable room rates. Staff was friendly and helpful. Surprisingly, our room was a nice size, clean and comfortable with a good view of the Charles River. Perfect for our needs - would definitely stay there again!
