Returned to Boston in our annual trip to drop off kids at camp in NH. The W has become a tradition for our family. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. It is nice to return to see familiar faces year after year. Location is amazing and overall a great experience
The overall surroundings of the hotel could have been cleaner, like the lobby, entrance, elevators, etc. We stayed at the 10th floor and there was a constant food smell at the corridors. That said, the staff was super nice.
It is very modern and felt somewhat inconvenient. But perhaps that is just for my taste. The location was great. The staff was great. It was loud and I did not like the feel of it. But I also don’t regret staying there.
Just a plain hotel. The lobby, “lounge”, and restaurant area are pretty poor. The staff were great especially Jenni and Jean. Without them, rating would be lower. I wouldn’t stay there again.
Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to walk to restaurants and attractions. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit.
The only downside was the noise at night. We stayed over the weekend in a high-floor room that faced the main street, and it was super loud. There were people partying outside, heavy traffic, and frequent honking, and the windows didn’t do much to block the noise. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a room that doesn’t face the main street.
Nice property expected it to be much more upscale for a W hotel but the staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast however was VERY salty. Would definitely stay again.
