The hotel was fine, oddly if upon request they had no guide for their TV's, even a channel that told you what channels they did/didn't have. Was there for a two day conference, it worked for those purposes.

Always our favorite place to stay in Boston. Clean and easy rooms. Staff is always nice and helpful. King size bed, pet friendly, easy to park and our dog was able to be with us for drinks. Our fridge didn’t work very well but that was our only complaint. Love this hotel and will be back again.

I didn’t think that it took over an hour and 30 minutes to get my remote. I was able to finally go to the pool with 30 minutes left! I did and I’ll appreciate the way the woman text me in the morning when I was trying to tell her there were five 100 of your bills missing out of my belongings! I tried to tell her that I would provide a reward if it was returned she just kept speaking over me and was I would never stay at this place again

Very bad customer service. One person at the check in desk. Computer problems at 11:30pm when i checked in. I sidnt get into my room until 1:30am due to the long check in time. There was a single person in front of me. Two days later my key did not work to my room. Had to go to end of check in libe to fix my key.

I chose this hotel to bring my daughter to, that she could swim at and have a nice time during spring break. The only complaint I have is that I paid extra for a room with a balcony and upon arrival it was a balcony overlooking the restaurant. They do not have balconies that are outside there so I was confused at why there would be an extra charge to have a room over a loud restaurant. Other than that it was fantastic!

Wouldn’t recommend staying here. They had no hot water for the shower, tv channels didn’t work, and the food was bland!

This property was beautiful! Before booking I was skeptical on booking but am so glad that I did. My girl and I had an amazing time. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant in the hotel had delicious options. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in Boston again.

No issues with the property aside from issues with the keys several times.
Staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. Checkin was simple and quick. Checkout went smoothly. A random safety alarm went off early in the morning that’s was fairly inconvenient but I’d rather people get the care they need and lose a bit of sleep myself. The room was extremely warm even tho we turned off the heat for the entire stay.

Having the pool was a plus for the children. Free parking on site, with plenty of spots. Fast and easy check in. The downside was the room during the stay. 2nd floor balcony facing the dining/bar. It was pretty noisy and the smell of food/odor was not pleasant. The room could use some touch up.

Upon arrival the outside was a bit unsettling. Then we got to check in. It took 30 minutes because the system was down. As I inspected the room, a few things were broken and there was water damage on the sink. For the price, I certainly expect something with better maintenance. Would not recommend.

Had issues checking in after a long day, not any issue of the staff, had technical issues. Disappointing but the staff were friendly! Rooms were nice, the indoor balcony is a cool concept. Bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner but still a nice room!

I’ve stayed here many times and the staff has gone above and beyond every time. Everyone who works there truly understands customer service and satisfaction. The restaurant and bar remain pretty busy at night and the bartenders are more like mixologists. Very nice atmosphere in the restaurant and the dinner options are limited but all top notch. I didn’t find the breakfast nearly as good but overall my experience was great!
